"I made a reservation. Went to check in around 1pm when we got into NJ. We got there and waited for at least 20 mins to check in. When someone finally came up to the desk, the guy didn't even look like he worked there. I thought he was someone staying there. I asked him if we could check in. He said check in is at 3 and to come back. I asked if there was any chance he had anything available that I could check into now because we had to be at a wedding at 3. He didn't even bother to check and was just like come back at 3. I asked again, he said nothing was cleaned. Which very much confused me because check out is at 11 but by 1 something you have nothing clean? And I asked him that, he said well if you would ask nicer maybe I could help. I'm sorry what. I was just being straight forward with him not rude at all. But he wanted me i guess because I am a girl to be all sweet and begging. I asked for a refund because I would go find somewhere else to stay. He told me to go through whoever I made the reservation through. So I have and send then the hotel has been ignoring me. And I have googled them since staying there which was only a week ago, (march 22nd) today is (march 28th) and one day it said they were permanently closed! like what?! now it is showing that its called "Try Suites" ? The guy gave off creepy peep through your window vibes and was very rude."

"Denk niet eens aan het blijven hier. Erg vuil, heeft een kakkerlak, een verwarmings-/AC-eenheid is erg hoog, want soms in de ochtend had er geen water om te douchen of te bruisen. Ik begrijp gewoon niet hoe deze hotels zelfs toegestaan om open te blijven en geld te betalen!!!"
