I liked it because it is very clean and newly built hotel, good parking area.

Stayed here for seven days, overall good clean, the service is not the best, breakfast is relatively simple. More than a thousand nights in the hotel, if you can eat a very rich breakfast in China, but here, eat the same simple breakfast for seven consecutive days, a bit unbearable.

This hotel is not ready to receive guests. There isn't any alternative in the vicinity, but it is definitely overpriced for what you get. They had so many problems during our 4 nights stay. Sink fell down as in the picture. Rooms still smelled like construction. Our next door flooded. The shower drain wouldn't drain. The switch to showerhead would spray water in all directions. Their actual pool is completely different from the picture provided by the management. With all these issues.... Didn't get anyl response even from the IHG corporate. Will use Hilton or Marriott chains as I've always done.

We arrived on Friday 9/2/22. The receptionist was ok not overly friendly. We went into the room. The carpet was old and stained, the coffee table has been broken and glued back together, the phone had no buttons so you could call the desk, the ice maker was broken. We reported the phone and asked it to be replaced. I will say the bed was comfortable. Sunday I requested again the phone be replaced and was told someone will get to it. Monday night there were ants in the room. Tuesday I asked louder for the phone to be replaced and they spray for ants while we were out. Tuesday afternoon there has nothing been done. We demanded to speak with the manager which was not there. They put us in another room farther down the hall. That room had a working phone old stained carpet and couch. And the bed was hard. The receptionist said she would tell the manager and ask them to call us. We have yet to hear from anyone. For 179.00 a night you expect more. We are Wyndham owners and we expected better. And let’s not forget the broken side door. The hotel was aware of it. there were people coming in and out all day and night to certain rooms. Sketchy people hanging around the door with backpacks. RUN far away from this place
