She even quietly upgraded me to a room with a view of the snow-capped mountains – this unexpected thoughtfulness instantly won me over. Nulina, who arrived shortly after, was equally reassuring. From confirming room availability to handing over a welcome gift, her movements were efficient and gentle, quickly allaying any concerns I might have had about long queues during peak season. The entire check-in experience was like unwrapping a delightful surprise: in terms of facilities, the room maintained DoubleTree's consistent comfort – warm, soft bedding, and a glimpse of the distant snow-capped mountains from the window; in terms of service, Aldak's attentiveness and Nulina's efficiency were the finishing touches – they didn't just mechanically follow procedures, but genuinely understood "what guests need." Next time I come to Fuyun, I'll definitely stay here again! I also want to wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends planning to visit this snowy region—the warm service of the DoubleTree by Hilton will make your trip more reassuring and blissful."

Wasservice is super slecht!! 23 uur onderhouden, vraagt u de locatie van de waskamer en of u kunt helpen de wasmachine te lossen (als de Aziatische kamers zijn), de receptie bevestigt dat het zal worden verwerkt als u druk bent geweest, dus laat de wasmachine veilig en merkt u de keuken nodig. Toen ik de ochtend ontdekte dat ik geen gedroogde kleren had meegenomen naar de kamer, ging ik naar de waskamer en vond ik dat ze nog steeds in de wasmachine waren!! De kleren waren leeg!! De kruiden konden weer snel wassen en drogen, en het programma werd ernstig beïnvloed!! Als u zegt dat u zelf moet koken, hebben we veel manieren om het zelf te behandelen, maar dat belooft u niet, het heeft echt een invloed op de agenda!!!!"

"This trip to Sanbai House was definitely a surprise. The service staff contacted us in advance and waited in the parking lot to carry our luggage. They also upgraded to a lake view room, where you can see the sunset over the snow-capped mountains and the golden mountains illuminated by sunshine. The wooden cabin campsites and well-built campsites by Lake Yiremu are both outstanding. The rooms are very large and have smart toilets and bathtubs. All the service staff we met were very warm, friendly and of high quality. They even gave us natural souvenirs before leaving. I regretted that we only booked for one day. I will definitely come back next time I have the opportunity."
