"If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I couldn't get into my booked room for over an hour. Only after calling back did I learn that a room change had taken place – without any prior notification. The new room was absolutely unacceptable: dirty, run-down, the bed unusable, and there were vermin in the room. There was no reception; I had to wait almost an hour before anyone even answered. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, but rather condescending and rude. Under these circumstances, it was impossible to stay there. I left the hotel immediately and went straight to another one. After a long journey, you want to arrive and relax – this was the complete opposite. An absolute disaster, I strongly advise against staying there. Update: I still haven't received a refund, even though I didn't stay at this "hotel." It's a shame that you're left to deal with all the problems on your own."

"I am a VIP member of the Radisson program. I have stayed at a vast number of Radisson hotels around the world and fully understand the standards the chain is supposed to uphold. This place isn't a hotel; it is a total nightmare and an insult to guests—unprofessional, sloppy, contemptuous, and disgusting. We had been driving all day and were exhausted. When we arrived at the reception, there was no one there. We had to wait a long time before a bar worker in a dirty shirt came over and tried to check us in. It was obvious he was doing this for the first time; he couldn't even find our reservation. As a VIP member, I asked for a room upgrade and was promised a premium room. I always study the hotel website carefully before arrival, and I knew that, according to their description, a premium room is 35 square meters. Instead, I was given a room the size of a standard one—even though I had booked a family room. They gave me a room that was worse than what I had originally booked. I went back down and found the same bartender in the dirty shirt; I asked for the upgrade I was promised rather than being put in an inferior room, only to be told to get out of their hotel. Nowhere else in the world have I ever encountered such careless, inhumane treatment of customers. Do not stay here; they cut corners on everything, they hate you, and they would be happy to throw you out. I haven't even described a fraction of the hell the staff put me through; the reality was even worse."

"Ik heb het hotel geboekt voor een nacht en kan het veel verder aanbevelen. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en de eenpersoonskamer was zeer mooi ingericht en natuurlijk schoon. Het hotel met zijn nabijheid van het centrum en het treinstation, evenals de kortetermijn annuleringsvoorwaarden, zijn optimaal voor mijn doeleinden. Omdat ik het ontbijtbuffet niet kon gebruiken vanwege mijn vroege vertrek, kreeg ik een zeer heerlijk en rijk lunchpakket voor mijn reis naar huis. Ik zal, als ik weer een nacht nodig in Voorth, zeker weer in Werners Boutique Hotel boeken. Dank u voor alles !"
