"We zijn als vier gezinsleden aangekomen. We wilden welzijn maken, de Kletterwald in Steinau bezoeken en de stad bekijken. Na 5 minuten lopen, u bent direct boven het centrum met aangrenzende Barockstad. Wonderlijk! Veel winkelen mogelijkheden. Wellnessgebied van het hotel super, ook al was de zondag zeer overgegaan.. Lange afstanden, afhankelijk van de kamerlocatie. Daarvoor ontbreekt u niets aan zwembad en sauna. Zoveel sauna's, douches, stoombad en rustruimtes. Schoon buitenruimte met een klein zwembad en whirlpool. Ook het ontbijt van de volgende morgen was overschreden. Ne tijd nodig om overal tafel te krijgen. Super selectie op het buffet maar dingen werden gedeeltelijk zeer laat gevullen. Kletterwald is ook volledig te adviseren! We hebben de drie dagen heel leuk gehad."

"My wife and I have been here many times both to the hotel and spa. Each time we have had a great time the staff is friendly and very helpful. The spa is very clean there are always workers cleaning. It is one of those places where you don't mind walking around barefoot. There are plenty of seats to relax in. the massages are also great however, they do tend to end early you don't get the full time. The hotel was also very nice great food and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. I also brought my children 8 & 5 they had a good time. I recommend bringing entertainment for them there is not much for kids to do there. I would recommend this spa & hotel to anyone. Plan on going back in the future."

"Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die Fulda bezoekt. Het ligt dicht bij toeristische attracties en heeft heerlijk eten. De service was uitstekend en het is erg makkelijk om de stad te voet te verkennen. Het personeel, voornamelijk oudere vrouwen, was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam."
