Had some free night rewards to use and no plans for Memorial Weekend. Wanted to get away with some friends for a night, but not too far because gas and because lots of other things to get done during the weekend. But wanted my daughter to have some fun with her pal before they parted ways for the summer. Since the weather was pretty windy and cool out, looked for a place with an indoor pool. Fremont Marriott fit the bill! It’s located in a very business park area, with several other business hotels in the vicinity. Short drive to a wide variety of places to eat. We were thrilled to have so many good food choices within a 5-10 minute drive. FYI, you’ll need a car here. Staff were AWESOME at this hotel. They already had adjoining rooms set up for us, accommodated a change from king to double, and were able to check us in early! It happened to be the anniversary for the couple I was traveling with, and staff gave them some snack vouchers which was perfect because they had three kids along for the stay. Room was really nice and clean! All updated so it felt fresh. Comfortable bed, plus a nice desk area for working. Plentiful outlets and USB charge spots. Tub/shower had a handheld plus overhead shower head. Toiletries smelled like lemon Pledge though, so bring your own. AC was easy to adjust. Indoor pool was a little smaller than we expected, but was still perfect. Water was not too cold and there was a hot tub too. Towels were not restocked, and there aren’t many chaise lounges, but we managed. Lobby is nice and spacious. There are several business workstations for printing in the lobby. Fitness gym looked pretty good too. Parking was free but the lot was busier than I expected. There’s also a garage behind the building. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. I’d recommend this place for business or family trips, provided you have a car.

I have left it before, but it is a pretty good hotel except for a few things. I booked a separate day by mistake, but it was a bit inconvenient to check out and check in again on the same day, and it would be convenient to know not to accept cash.

I guess I am To the point of no return….. In the last 3 months I have stayed at just about most popular and advertised hotels and this hotel hit the spot. The front desk clerk was very open and shared her gratitude about working with such a tight group of employees that support each other, and also that salaries are at the industry level. Not only the place was clean, and presentable, I did notice most of the employees content with their duties. Perhaps when a company chain understands that happy employees means good business and profits, the current COVID situation that had thrown a wrench to our economy…..more and more bad managed companies are going to die and those that understand the true value of less profits for a longevity of their investments by paying living salaries to those that keep clients coming back

Breakfast is not a buffet. If the English is not good, it will be inconvenient. A three-person meal will be ordered. As a result, the agent only gave a two-person meal. It was an unexpected surprise.

I stayed a total of 5 nights at this hotel, I've stayed before, but only a night or two at a time. This hotel has potential to be much better. I had some issues during my stay and almost left, but Paul (front desk) and Esperanza (cleaning attendant) definitely changed my mind about cutting my stay short. Paul was so amazing! No matter what issues I may have had, he was always friendly, accommodating, and never ever made me feel like a bother! Esperanza was such a delightful person. She came to clean my room and was so nice and helpful. I hadn't experienced service like this in a while. These two individuals truly are what customer service is and they are such an asset to this hotel. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the rooms, the shower barely gets lukewarm, decor is old and outdated, the restaurant isn't open for lunch or dinner and tv's could use a tech upgrade i.e., smart tv.

Very dirty! customer service was a nightmare I have never experienced such a horrible experience at a double tree. Bathrooms were so disgusting! I went with my family and it was so gross. I changed rooms thinking maybe it’s just that room but the new room was just as horrible. Gidged Pugh, the front desk worker, was the rudest front desk worker. She cursed at me and my family and scared my kids. I reported her the next day and nobody seemed to care. Very sad where this double tree is at. It ruined all double tree all around. I hope they train there employees and clean there rooms because they were ALL disgusting. my whole family stayed there and all rooms were the same and we were forced to stay there because we could not get a refund and we had no money to move to another hotel. Marriot is definitely better everywhere.

The service staff at the front desk are enthusiastic and arrange the room very thoughtfully. Quiet with ample parking. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. There are enough seats in the lobby and the power supply is convenient.

Generally, it is relatively close to the company, and the sound insulation of the room is average. Some people disturbed the disco in the early morning. The telephone service at the front desk was very good. Twice helped to investigate and finally solve the problem. Breakfast was average.
