"Tired and dark dining room. Waitresses lovely and very efficient. The menu is dull and best suited to an older clientele. Lots of deep fried options and chips offered with roast dinner?! The roast was poor; overdone beef, one very overdone floret of broccoli, “roast” potatoes deep fried and almost burnt, peas overcooked and grey, carrots fine and Yorkshire was nice. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t visit again."
