"Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way."

"The accommodation does not have parking. The main carpark is about 30 steps climb and a couple of mins walk away. Parking is free, but it can be difficult to find a space. When we arrived at the accommodation, it was down an alleyway between an ice cream shop and a tavern. There was no one to greet us we arrived about 3pm, ringing the bell was pointless as we located the receptionist working in the ice cream shop. We got into our room, and we had paid extra for a jetted bath tub. This has been broken for more than 12 months, but this property is still advertising it on ******* and *********** at an enhanced rate. There is a deceptive notice in the room stating it broke yesterday, which is clearly just a lie. I was told by the receptionist that it clearly states the issue on the hotel website. We were not given any money back they just did not care. Breakfast is either Greek or continental, and you get this at Grecos tavern, which opens at 9 am. The breakfast was fine, with no issues. The room was big, the location was excellent staff were ok but the place is starting to look tired rather than luxurious. Would not stay in this accomodation again. "

"My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Balhambra Suites in Fiscardo in June 2024. We were only able to stay for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed much longer. We had a fabulously spacious suite overlooking the courtyard and therefore our sun terrace complete with rattan sun-loungers and chairs basked in sunshine for most of the day. The bed was really comfortable and the suite was beautifully furnished with a huge en-suite bathroom and superb shower. We loved it so much, we are already seriously considering booking the same suite for next year. The apartments are centrally located and have a feeling of exclusivity with the private courtyard and apartments separated from the quayside restaurants and bars with closed gates. The owner Angelo was extremely helpful offering tips on beaches to visit as well as lending us beach parasols, beach towels etc. We had a thoroughly wonderful stay."

Very Close to the main area but quieter than other places. Top management too from Nikos who helped with queries pre-visit very swiftly. "We arrived in Fiskardo from Ithaki and were delighted to find that Faros Suites is just a short walk from the ferry terminal. Our first impression was excellent. Although we arrived early and the previous guests had only just checked out, the staff immediately prioritised cleaning our suite so we could check in ahead of schedule. We stayed in Loft Suite No. 9 and absolutely loved it. It was spacious, beautifully designed, cool and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The small pool was a lovely bonus and perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The location is ideal. We easily walked to both Foki Beach and Emblisi Beach, and Fiskardo harbour is only a short stroll away. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful complimentary breakfast offerings on the terrace, including coffee, tea, juice, and snacks. We felt well looked after throughout our visit and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Faros Suites was a fantastic base for exploring Fiskardo, and we would happily stay here again."

"We had a fantastic time here. Our apartment (10) was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was exceptional. Bed was comfortable, kitchenette area was well equipped. The staff we encountered were lovely, including Tony, who helped take our suitcases up. May was a perfect time to go; we had the pool to ourselves most days. Pool towels are provided. It’s a tranquil place. There are lots of stairs to the apartments so I would say they may not be suitable for people with mobility issues."
