"Ik verbleef toevallig drie nachten in dit hotel in de week van 15 augustus en heb het fantastisch gehad. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en attent, van de receptie tot het restaurant, de bar, de schoonmaak en meneer Daniel. Alles was zeer positief. Het hotel wordt momenteel gerenoveerd en ons balkon was nog niet af, maar we hebben daar geen last van gehad. Het prachtige overloopzwembad is ook nog niet helemaal af, maar het is wel al te gebruiken en heerlijk ontspannend. Het eten was ook uitstekend, met een heerlijke tartaar. We komen zeker terug om te zien wat er nieuw is als het hotel wordt afgemaakt."

"We stayed for one week in May 2026 at Romantik Turm, and unfortunately this visit became one of the most distressing experiences we have ever had while travelling as a family.Our 9‑month‑old baby had been crying earlier – something completely normal for an infant. A short time later, my wife was suddenly shouted at in the hallway on the second floor by another female guest. The shouting was so loud that it was heard all the way down at the reception on the ground floor, where staff later apologised to us for what had happened.What shocked us most were two sentences that carried a clearly discriminatory and xenophobic tone: “You don’t belong here.” and, directed at my wife who is an English native speaker: “Do you even speak German?”My wife stood there with our baby in her arms, completely intimidated and shaken. From that moment on, we had to leave our room or the spa area every time this family appeared. We avoided the hotel during the day – and even skipped dinner – simply to prevent another confrontation. This is not a feeling of safety or comfort one expects in a hotel of this category.What affected us even more than the incident itself was the hotel’s reaction. There was no support, no follow‑up, no protection offered to us.In our written complaint, the situation was downplayed. The hotel owner stated that such things can “happen”, that he would only intervene if things became physical, and that he “does not need us”.The hotel also claimed in writing that they had contacted the commander of the Carabinieri beforehand. We visited the Carabinieri ourselves today – they confirmed that the hotel did not contact them at any point.For us, this was a clear failure of duty of care, especially towards a mother with a baby.We travel a lot, but we have never felt so abandoned by a hotel.The full email correspondence with the hotel is available and can be provided if required."

"Receptie heeft ons goed geholpen, we hadden een probleem met de skipassen Goede service in het restaurant. Adrian was erg goed, vriendelijk en dacht mee. Kamer was netjes. In de sauna waren er ook mensen in badkleding en dat was jammer en dit mocht niet, maar er is geen controle vanuit het hotel. Verder prima week gehad. Mooi skigebied ."

When we encountered a few challenges, they didn't just offer quick solutions; they thoughtfully assessed the pros and cons from our perspective, even if it meant extra work for their team. They have really went above and beyond!! The room itself was brilliant, and I had a very comfortable stay. My kids had a fabulous time playing in the snow right in our front yard! I also loved the wellness area, which had everything we needed, including a sauna, steam bath, and infrared options to help us relax. The dinner was also delightful. Highly recommend this hotel!"
