I don't know where to start from. I travelled to so many countries hotel and this was the worst hotel do far from the check-in to check out hotel management and employees made sure that I won't get one day peace in that old rusty out outdated hotel. Receptionist are soo rude they would literally tell you to get out from the lobby and wouldn't respond to your request. I paid so much money to get big room with river view and got lousy street face view there was no room service no air-conditioning no water to drink there was nothing that make u think that this is 4 star hotel Reception changed me 42 euro hotel tex when I checked in and then 290 dharam for city tex which everyone told me I shouldn't have paid because there is no such thing as city tex at the hotel as I was there with my two kids a really rude ****** man threatened me to call the police if I don't pay city tex .... be aware they will do anything to take more money out from you so please never ever choose this ****ty hotel with ****** receptionist. They will con you everyday. Really bad dirty hotel please stay away from this dark place.

The hotel has very good location 5 minutes walking to Burg Fes Mall and near to the old city , staff at the Reception very friendly (Ms Hanan) also at the main restaurant, food whatever for Breakfast or Dinner are very good and enough, don’t like to forget the Housekeeping ladies are excellent, but the hotel now under maintenance for the rooms and some outlets
I can give this hotel 6 - 7 from 10

In de beoordelingen lees ik een excuus van de hotelmanager waarin geschreven wordt dat de ervaring van de gast uitzonderlijk zou zijn....wij kunnen deze review 1 op 1 overnemen ....4 jaar later. Herrie van de discotheek, kamers toegewezen gekregen die op dat moment verbouwd werden....2uur bezig geweest met geschikte kamers te vinden na een lange reis. Geen excuus maar nog op de koop toe een kwade blik van de receptionisten. Weg swipen!!!

We stayed only 1 night with a group and shocked by the rudeness of the restaurant staff and incredibly noisy room with no hot water😡😡😡 It was the worst 4 * hotel I had been, and does not deserve even one star !!! I dont recommend this hotel to anyone if you do not want to ruin your holiday, will definitely inform our tour company to prevent further nigh**ares !

Basic Clean Accommodation , Poor Services , Poor Directional Signage & Sense of Guest’s security & Buffet Food & Service quality ( dinner and bfast ) a total disaster. The climate control in the room was malfunctioned and the wifi provided - a waste of time.

We spent 2 nights in this rather dated hotel as part of a tour of Morocco. It needs a good upgrade to compete with other hotels on the tour. We had 2 breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel , non of which were inspiring. Was glad when we moved on.

This hotel need serious refurbishing. Rooms are dirty. Old fashion. Bathroom fittings are unreliably bad. Looks like some children have done the repair work. Shower head is so low we had to take it out from the wall and use it holding in our hand. The Safety locker could not open. Please see the photographs.
