In a hot day in Fez, we thought that we need a pool so we decided to go to the (horrible) riad mimosa to enjoy the pool and chill. They were not kind from the first look, they started cleaning the pool by using the chlorine at 12 am after one hour we arrived, that has a bad effect on our skin and hair, The receptionist was very rude, she talked to us with a unrespectable way, the toilet was very dirty, she told us that the cleaner didn't come yet!!! The price were very expensive for this experience, the young guy working there is the best person we met, he was very polite with his smily face, very thankful for him. If you need a calm chilling day don't try this bad energy place.

Ensemble de 2 maisons avec 2 piscines. Beaux salons marocains. Grande chambre mais manque de rangements ( pas de placard ni de commode ). Petite salle de bain sans aucun rangement. Personnel gentil .
Par contre gros soucis niveau restauration ( grosse attente pour manger malgré 1 commande faite dans l'après-midi). 1h d'attente pour 4 cocas. Couscous très bon.
Riad bord de route mais les chambres donnant sur jardin très calmes.

Location carina, anche il personale, ma deludente su parecchi punti: Camera per 4 persone decisamente piccola, priva di appendini, nemmeno un armadio, Acqua minerale carissima, 2 euro la bottiglia da 500 ml A colazione abbondante nulla da lamentare se non fosse che veniva servito solamente una tazza di caffè, lultima mattina il mio amico ha chiesto un bicchiere d'acqua e ci hanno portato 4 bottigliette da 500 ml, dopo averci fatto aspettare 20 minuti l'apertura del cancello ci hanno richiesto il pagamento di 8 euro per le bottiglie d'acqua (da noi non richieste) trattati come ladri.... pessima esperienza Tempi lunghissimi per poter uscire dal cancello con le moto Positiva la cura delle piscine e la pulizia generale.

Ne pas se fier aux commentaires élogieux. Accueil sympathique par un employé. Mais à l'arrivée du patron plus rien ne va. Irrespectueux agressif et certain de la qualité de ses services. Il considère apparemment que seul son établissement est fiable sur fes. Établissement vide à notre arrivée mi septembre. Justifie tout et n'importe quoi. Nous a suivi jusqu'à notre véhicule en nous demandant notre budget tout en assurant qu'il est moins cher que tout ce que l'on pourrait trouver. Erreur on trouve moins élevé sans problème. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement ce monsieur vous guide gentiment vers la porte. A noter tout est en supplément même la piscine contrairement à ce qui est noté sur certains comparateurs. Faites votre choix. Je déconseille fortement.

Le chef de cet établissement est tellement aigri et irrespectueux que j'ai annulé ma réservation en arrivant. Triste expérience, je préfère louer à des vrais marocains qu'à un MRE aigri et psychopathe.

Séjour au top Très bon accueil. Hôtel très propre Un grand merci à toute l'équipe qui est à l'écoute Bon emplacement, a proximité de tout commerce A quelques minutes en voiture de la médina Second séjour dans ce riad qui a tout d'un hôtel 4* J'y retournerai a mon prochain passage à Fès

Camera quadrupla non grande ma confortevole e curata. Bagno pulito. Nel complesso la struttura, a gestione familiare, mi è piaciuta molto. Molto ospitali e si fanno in quattro per accontentarti. Ci hanno preparato una cena con un tajine gigante (ordinato la mattina), veramente fatto in casa! Carine le piscine ed il cortile interno. Ci tornerei.

Pessimo, la mia camera era minuscola, sporca e con un bagno con doccia e tendina che sembrava prefabbricato, porta in plastica e nemmeno ci si girava. Se potete scegliere altro. Non ha senso fermarsi qui. Anche dall’esterno il posto è piuttosto squallido. Da evitare

Acqua fredda dopo una doccia, camera gelida, colazione con folla in piedi senza posti a sedere per i primi 15 minuti, per poi potersi sedere, ma pagando l'acqua a colazione come extra prezzi mai visti in luoghi simili. Non torneremo mai e poi mai. Nessuno che dichiari inoltre di saper parlare un minimo in inglese.
