Een gecharterde autotour is de meest geschikte optie voor iemands reis. Toen ik de attracties in Casablanca bezocht, ontdekte ik dat de door Ctrip aanbevolen lokale gids Marokko Xiaolin me zeer tevreden maakte van het consult tot de reservering. Ik ben niet kieskeurig, en Xiaolin is ook een verfrissend persoon.We It raakt de plek. Het wordt ten zeerste aanbevolen om de Marokkaanse Kobayashi-charterwagen te kiezen om te reizen.

Stayed here foe 2 nights whilst touring Morocco. Best part of the hotel was the superb views over Fes. Hotel is dated, very few facilities in room, no coffee etc. However room was clean. Evening meals, although a reasonable choice, it was basic and most food wasn't hot. Same for breakfast.

The hotel is very dated and no fridge, kettle or iron on our room. On requesting for them we were told not available. Staff at reception … young lad … rude and arrogant… he shortchanged all of us that changed money… so make sure you count your money at the desk before leaving. Left us all feeling very angry and upset. Very old carpets and decor. Breakfast had many options and the coffee and milk were hot. Dinner was good with many choices of vegetables and meat. Dessert was average except for the delicious caramel custard. Overall …. Let’s just say I wouldn’t go back.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group . The room we had was a bit dated but there was a great view of the city , shame we didn’t have a balcony to enjoy it more. Not much room for suitcases , we perched one across 2 chairs . Bed was ok , sadly no walk in shower . Staff were nice , friendly & helpful. Dinner & breakfasts were included. There was enough choice to find something you liked for both dinners . Breakfast was good . Drinks were ok , not unreasonable prices for a hotel . Surprised there was no water in our room on second day . I did ask & was told they only supply it on day one , then you have to purchase it . A bit odd as they surly don’t want you cleaning your teeth in tap water ……oh well . There was a nice terrace with views of the city & comfy sofas . Swimming pool looked ok & there were sunbeds on the terrace which we used . It was overall a pleasant stay .

This would have been the hotel to stay at in its day a bit 1976 decor beautiful pool and views of Fes Good location Staff were nice and friendly Breakfast was average rooms a bit dated but still nice and wonderful view from our room Gift shop wasnt open Need and iron in the room

My wife and I felt like having some delicious ice cream on this 111-degree day. We enjoyed the variety of their delicious homemade ice cream, and during the sunset, we enjoyed our Moroccan green tea with fresh mint overlooking the ancient Medina. This is really a great place to be. Service was excellent, the director of the hotel, Haj Omar, is very friendly. He stopped by, said hello, and welcomed us in this luxurious hotel. I would come back again to enjoy the sunset. I recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

I absolutely Loved the view to the Medina and the fantastic pool. Fes is a also a beautiful city. The Merinides is a great hotel with good value for price. If I ever go again, I would definitly stay here. Also, it is only a 10 min walk from one of the doors to the Medina

The reception staff, hotel, and restaurant are all nice people and helpful. The location is far away from the city. At check in we asked to have 2 keys for the room since we are 2 persons in the room and each have their own schedule. They said the hotel policy does not allow to give 2 keys. After we checked in the room, we could not lock the window. The maintenance person came to fix it by punting a screw to prevent it from opening. In this case we could not open the window. In addition this solution made the window to be ajar so the noise from outside (motorcycles and dogs barking) was high. The food (dinner was not as good as it should be. Breakfast buffet was average.

Ugh! Stayed here due to a book snafu with the Riyadh we were originally supposed to stay at. Reminds me of a Norway hotel we stayed at long ago that posted signs near the breakfast buffet forbidding guests from removing food from the dining room!
