期待をしてかなり前から予約をしていました。フェズに夜到着し雨に降られ、勝手に道案内を始める青年にチップをせがまれ何とか到着したら何故かとりあえずお茶を飲めと屋上？のレストランに案内されました。雨に降られ冷え切って、早くチェックインしたいと思いながら耐えました。
しばらくすると、部屋がないから違う所に案内すると言われました。本当に疲れていて、かつ楽しみにしていたリヤドだったので失望しました。
ホテルの方々は、ホテルに着いた時は「安心してね」等やたらと声をかけて来て不思議な雰囲気でした。誠実さは感じませんでした。フェズの街が良い思い出では無くなってしまいました。

Het is even zoeken , maar zeker de moeite waard. We hebben heerlijk gegeten bij Palais Fez Yahya, het interieur is echt prachtig ! De mensen zijn geweldig en het eten was heerlijk. Echt een aanrader midden in de Medina als je even tot rust wilt komen van de drukte.

Hamza and his cousins were so welcoming, we really had a great stay! The hotel is beautiful, the food at the restaurant is amazing and the location is great as well as it’s not too touristic but you can easily get to other parts of the medina quite quickly.

Excellent service and hospitality by Abdul and his brothers! They are willing to help out 24/7 and are always going above and beyond. Aditionly, this place was extremely clean and comfortable (the cleanest of all riads we have stayed in Morocco). the wifi and the air conditioning were also superb! This was 100% worth the money.

Absolutly amazing! The staff (a team of brothers) is so nice, so helpful, so considerate! Thank you a lot for this great stay, we loved to be with you! I completely recommend this place, and it’s inside the Medina which is very convenient! Plus, the mint tea is delicious!

Near to Medina and staff very helpful and nice ,they organized a trip to Chefchaousen and taxi service . It Is very recommended for any kind of tourist They help US not toGet Lost in the medina 's street

The Palais Fes Yahya is an excellent place to stay while visiting Fes. We were treated like family by Abdul and his family. He was always available to guide us to the best places, the experiences he suggested were really worthy. We even left our photographic camera in the transfer and he was able to get it back. The room was really cosy, spacious, well decorated. The breakfast was amazing, with different choices and really good quality.

We had an outstanding experience at the Palais Fes riad. The family who owns it provides the most hospitable, warm service I've ever encountered! From meeting us at the taxi to arranging tours and home-cooked meals, this place is really special and gives guests an authentic Moroccan experience. I will note that this building is over 800 years old, so travelers who want something more modern or standardized may be happier at a regular hotel. Palais Fes has beautiful, unique rooms and an incredible rooftop terrace. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful and charismatic place , amazing and authentic food , wonderful host family! Very good prices and the selection of salads as the starters are a must ! Fish pastilla is really good. The terrace was beautiful but the environment inside was much more unique !
