"10 day stay, got there in early hours met by chap named Alex, sat us down which we found strange? Had a big book out and other pre-filled documents, i.e. Room tax form, asked us to email Jet 2 hotel form to the hotel? Why I have no clue? All took time , it's late we are tired, can it not be done in the morning? Anyway we got to bed eventually, room was no107 right on top of pool and close to bar area, fairly basic smallish room with large comfortable double bed which took up most of the space, bathroom was good, shower great, room cleaned everyday, never cooked as we were b&b , has a toaster hob and fridge minimal utensils. First morning we went down for breakfast, only one other couple there, waited 35 mins for cooked full breakfast half of it cold other half was hot , tbf we didn't wait long on the rest of the days, but the quality wasn't consistent, sometimes good sometimes not. Found the prices at the bar were a little steep, certainly compared to neighbouring ones, when I did mention this to one of the chaps there it didn't go down well, but small 20cl Prosecco 12 euros??? Come on now? Seems to be chap named Nikos and lady Evelyn, I think? In the morning, and Alex did afternoon/evening, they are all friendly and speak good English, the pool area is very good with excellent comfy sunbeds and umbrellas, the sea front right outside which we had a few dips in it was ace! Lots of nice restaurants on the strip into main Elounda which is 10/15 mins stroll. The Alikes is in a really good spot but go self catering and try the other places for Brekkie. Also lastly there's the extras! 10 nights air con a whopping 96Euro! Safe 21 Euro , Room Tax 15 Euro, and late room checkout 40 Euro, total of 172 , in many years of coming to Greece easily one of the most expensive place we've stayed. Summing up there seemed to be guests there who have been before, would we go back? No."

"Voor alle duidelijkheid wat er nu volgt is niet de ervaring als cool living gast. De kamer: we hebben regelmatig de receptie moeten contacteren omdat er geen toiletpapier en tissues werden aangevuld zelfs de zeep werd ook niet bijgevuld. Bars: in de verschillende bars was geen bediening dus moesten we aanschuiven om iets te bestellen zoals in een voetbalkantine. Het personeel was niet op de hoogte hoe ze een cappuccino moesten maken en stuurde ons dan naar een koffiemachine om het zelf te doen, heel raar? Diner buffetrestaurant: Het eten vooral 's avonds was ondermaats geen showcooking alhoewel de infrastructuur wel aanwezig is en nog splinternieuw lijkt? Weinig keuze en elke dag bijna hetzelfde hard uitgebakken steak derderangs kip , broccoli niet gaar, wortelen niet gaar geen keuze van vis. Het meeste personeel van de bars en restaurants zijn onbekwaam niet opgeleid en ongeïnteresseerd. We hebben twee keer meegemaakt dat in het buffetrestaurant onze tafel volledig werd afgeruimd dus alles weg wijn water borden enz. terwijl we om het dessert waren gegaan. Twee jaar geleden waren we ook in dit hotel en verliep alles naar wens maar wel met ander personeel. De kwaliteit is achteruit gegaan sinds het all in is geworden. Dit is absoluut geen 5 sterren waardig en is de prijs veel te hoog voor deze service."

"Extremely hospitable and helpful staff. The hotel equipment is completely new. The main restaurant has a very beautiful terrace overlooking the sea that offers a rich buffet, very good breakfast and dinner. Very beautiful view of the sea and the island of Spinalonga. Modern decoration, lots of storage space, very comfortable bedding. I highly recommend it !!!"

"Fantastisch 5* hotelresort, prachtig uitzicht op zee, rustige ruimte. Grote goed ontworpen super schone moderne kamers/lofts met gratis dagelijks gevulde minibar. Intimate luxe boutique voelen met warme aardse tonen. Goeie zwembad met zeer comfortabele lounges. Een prachtige buitenschool. Gek ontbijt en diner met veel plaatselijke Cretaanse producten, bijvoorbeeld kaas, olijven, honing, olijfolie. Kamerservice was altijd super efficiënt. "Helemaal af dit kleine resort met maar 33 verblijven. We hadden een 3 kamer villa met prive pool. Zeer ruim en prachtig uitzicht. Het restaurant zitten tussen klassiek en fine dini ng in met nette prijzen, heerlijke setting. Ireni van guest relations is een topper die exht overal mee kan helpen. We come back!"

"The Hotel itself is basic but clean and acceptable but this review isn't about the hotel for that you can read other reviews. This review is for the amazing entertainment team who were there this season 2026. The whole team made our holiday and without them we would have been left mildly disappointed. A special shout out to Amy, Caitlin, Moana and Indy who were just incredible for the whole 2 weeks we were there. They would host daily activities for children and adults, host toddler club, kids disco and interactive quizes. Other members of the entertainment team were Alex, Sam, Arianna, and Kirsten (The headmistress my daughter called her as she was the manager) would all have so much energy at the disco's and they all really encouraged my daughter who is a little shy to come out of her shell and dance and join in on the dance floor. They were also great at involving the adults as well which was brilliant. Every evening they would hand out "diplomas" to adults and children who had won daily activities or had some sort of achievement during the day, which was handed to them on stage by the TUI bot 3000 who was one of the team members in what must have been a stiflingly hot suit! This was very exciting for all the children going up on stage and meeting TUI Bot. Amy, Caitlin, Moana, and Indy also put on showcase productions 5 or 6 nights of the week with epic singing, dancing and outfits which was a huge hit for the kids and adults. As mentioned before, without this group of people our holiday would have been less than half of what it was. Each day was looking forward to seeing who was taking the daily activities, who was going to come round the pool and play mini games and my daughter loved every minutue. If anyone is going this summer with children to this hotel, I encourage you to engage with this team, you wont regret it. My daughter Tilly especially warmed to Amy and she always made Tilly, Olivia and me feel special. So a special thank you to Amy. Thank you from all of us, Greg, Olivia, and Tilly."
