"Recensie: Etheria Villa’s, Zakynthos – Een onvergetelijke vakantie-ervaring! Onze vakantie bij Etheria Villa’s op het prachtige Zakynthos was werkelijk een droom die uitkwam. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, werden we hartelijk ontvangen en voelden we ons direct thuis. De villa’s zijn een toonbeeld van luxe en comfort, met moderne faciliteiten en een betoverend uitzicht op de turquoise zee. Elk detail is met zorg en smaak ingericht, waardoor je je omringd voelt door pure elegantie en rust. Wat Etheria Villa’s echt uniek maakt, is de combinatie van absolute privacy en toch de nabijheid van de mooiste stranden en bezienswaardigheden van het eiland. We genoten dagelijks van het prachtige privézwembad en de sfeervolle terrassen, waar we heerlijk konden ontspannen. De bedden zijn uiterst comfortabel, de keuken volledig uitgerust en de serene sfeer maakte elke avond onvergetelijk. We voelden ons zo op ons gemak dat we besloten hebben een extra dag te boeken — we wilden gewoon niet weg! De vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer zorgde ervoor dat al onze wensen werden vervuld, en zijn tips voor lokale restaurants en verborgen pareltjes hebben onze vakantie nog specialer gemaakt. Etheria Villa’s heeft niet alleen aan onze verwachtingen voldaan, maar ze ruimschoots overtroffen. We kunnen nu al niet wachten om terug te keren naar deze paradijselijke plek. Voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een combinatie van luxe, rust en een warme, persoonlijke service op een van de mooiste eilanden van Griekenland, is Etheria Villa’s de perfecte bestemming. "We spent our honeymoon at this beautiful accommodation located in a quiet, beautiful area. Communication beforehand went very smoothly; we were able to ask Elena all our questions via WhatsApp. She responded quickly with detailed information and tips/advice. Once there, we could count on the help of Vaios, who was always available to answer questions and arranged a boat rental for us."

"We have just returned from a week’s holiday in Villa Harmonia at Blue Caves Villas on Zakynthos and what a wonderful holiday we’ve had. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was small but modern with two coffee machines; a Nespresso with pods supplied and a filter coffee machines with ground coffee provided and a milk frother too. There were plenty of pots, pans and crockery should you want to cater for yourself. Outside, the views were stunning; from the terrace where there was a huge table and comfy chairs and the pool area below from the sun loungers and the infinity saltwater pool. That all said, the terrace and pool area was nicely secluded and relatively private to the other villas. On site there is a large chess set, an outside gym area and access to the cliffs and ultimately, the sea. This is via a steep path which, on a windy day, felt a little exposed as it wound down the cliffs. The sea is the bluest I have ever seen and so clear and there is access to the blue caves here too, hence the name. Although the site is secluded up on the cliffs, it is only a short drive (10 minutes max) to Agios Nikolaos where there is a good choice of (some excellent) restaurants, little gift shops and small supermarkets. Monika was great with all the admin side of things and was very quick to answer any queries by email. Giorgos was on site and was the most generous and friendly host. He was away when we arrived and Antonis and his brother welcomed us instead. Nothing was too much trouble for Giorgos who helped us book a boat trip, gave us wine from his own winemaking cellar and gave us a bottle of his olive oil to bring home. We rarely say we will return to the same villa but I think we will definitely make an exception for Villa Harmonia."
