"The facilities here are generally outdated, and this is considered the best hotel in the area. Our group of four friends checked in, and breakfast cost over 300 RMB per serving, but it was incredibly basic. Ordering extra at the hotel would only cost $10. The funny thing is, breakfast for the four of us only included one serving of yogurt, so we had to share it? Orange juice was also only included in the breakfast, and refills cost extra. Unbelievable!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the doors lock with keys, which made the room feel secure. It is a great place for surfers, especially because of the location and the relaxed atmosphere. I stayed in a private room with a big bed, a table, a shelf and AC, which I could adjust myself. The bathroom was shared with one other room, so it still felt quite private. The room was cleaned after check-out or, depending on the number of nights, also in between. Since I had the room to myself, it never felt dirty. There is also a small store with the essentials integrated, which is very convenient, and there are two restaurants directly there as well. Overall, it was a top experience and I would definitely recommend staying here, especially for surfers looking for a relaxed stay in El Zonte. :)"

"Beoordelingen van Hotel Michanti, El Salvador: Positief: De locatie is fantastisch! Het hotel is slechts stappen van een geweldig strand, het maakt het gemakkelijk om de zon te genieten en surfen. Ik adviseer het zeer vroeg op te komen om de prachtige zon op te vangen. De buitendecor is mooi en uitnodigend, het creëert een ontspannen sfeer voor een koelkast. Negatief: We kwamen laat op de avond (ongeveer 10 uur), en het personeelslid dat ons naar onze kamer liet geen informatie over de Wi-Fi, waar om water te vullen, of ontbijttijden essentiële details die reizigers meestal na een lange vlucht nodig hebben. Mijn man moest naar buiten om deze informatie op eigen houtje te verzamelen. Wanneer u aankomt in een hotel, verwacht u een warm welkom en een korte oriëntatie, maar in plaats daarvan ging de medewerker gewoon naar onze kamer, opende de deur, en vertrok. Bovendien was er de volgende ochtend gepland, die werd genoemd in een bericht dat we ontvingen de nacht dat we incheckten, en dat leidde helaas tot een volledige verlies van Wi-Fi en elektriciteit voor de hele ochtend. Gezien de prijs die we betaalden, zou ik de volgende keer overwegen om ergens anders te blijven. Ik wilde echt genieten van mijn verblijf, maar service is een cruciaal aspect van elke hotelervaring. Als het personeel zich had bewust van de uitsluitingen, hadden ze ons tenminste kunnen verontschuldigen of ons tijdens de check-in enige informatie kunnen verstrekken. In het algemeen heeft het Hotel Michanti een goede locatie, en het ontbijt was goedkoop, maar de klantenservice liet iets te wensen over."

"Het hele hotel is achter de rug. Onze vier vrienden hebben een verblijf en ontbijt is meer dan 300 renminbi, maar super eenvoudig en 10 dollar op de andere plaats. Het is grappig dat we vier mensen ontbijten en een yoghurt bevatten, dus we vier mensen een deel van yoghurt hebben? De kruiden zijn ook een kopje en een kopje vervolgens kost geld. Niet te zeggen!"

"Leuke plaats om te verblijven, in alle rust als je wil surfen. Vlakbij El Tunco, wat meer ontwikkeld is. De stranden hier in El Zonte zijn begaanbaar. Vlakbij het hotel loop met een stroompje naar de zee. Mogelijkheid om water bij te vullen aan de tank + ontbijt is te kiezen van de kaart die geen buffet. Proper!"

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and it shows in every detail. The ambience is warm and welcoming, with a calm atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at home. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the owner. After I accidentally left behind an item that holds deep personal meaning for me, the owner went above and beyond to help me locate and recover it. Their kindness, honesty, and genuine care meant more to me than I can express. It’s rare to find such integrity and heartfelt service. On top of everything, the price is very reasonable for the quality provided. Excellent value for such a comfortable and well-run hotel.
