"De kamer was mooi en schoon, en de receptioniste was erg vriendelijk. Er is een zwembad buiten en een gratis pendelbus, hoewel ik wel zag dat sommige mensen de chauffeur een fooi gaven. Ik arriveerde om 11 uur 's ochtends en kon snel inchecken. Ik verbleef op de t****e verdieping, maar er is geen lift, wat prettig is. Na aankomst op de luchthaven belde ik om de pendelbus te bestellen, de rit duurde 25 minuten. Je kunt de pendelbus voor de volgende ochtend reserveren bij het inchecken. Over het algemeen was het erg goed 👍. Het enige minpuntje was dat ze me niet belden om te laten weten dat ik de wekservice nodig had, maar ik werd toch vroeg wakker, dus ik heb er geen gebruik van hoeven maken."

"After waiting for an hour and a half at T3 in Los Angeles and making more than a dozen calls, the shutter bus came to pick us up. As a result, we made an appointment for the shuttle bus to the airport at 10:30 the next day. We went to wait in advance, but no bus came. We waited until 45 minutes. We were afraid of delaying the flight, so we had to pay for a taxi to the airport. The hotel said they would pay the fare but didn't pay. The experience was very bad, and the breakfast was particularly terrible!"
