"Crowne Plaza is new hotel in Dushanbe, the hotel is well located in the capital city of Tajikistan 30 minutes from the airport and many attractions are in nearby , Rudaki park ,monument of Ismoili Somoni , Botanical garden and the national museum of Tajikistan . The room are clean and tidy , the furniture adding cozy touch to the room , the staff are supportive and friendly and professional. One of the top hotels in the city, highly recommended to be booked for business and leisure trips ."

"It's my second time staying here. (You can check a more detailed review below.) To get more breakfast options, come at around 8 am. They added bowls with sweets to the reception desk. I wish the common areas (like reception hall and dining area) were non-smoking. Room toiletry sets differ (some have vombs, some have razors) 😅 Overall, highly recommended!"

"Een heel, heel slecht hotel! 1. De service bij de receptie is slecht. Als u de lokale taal niet kent, moet u communiceren met lokale vrienden, anders kunnen kippen en eenden helemaal niet communiceren! 2. Als u wilt dat er een stel intrekt, is dat onmogelijk tenzij u een huwelijksakte kunt overleggen! 3. Als je geen budget van €200 hebt, check dan niet in. Zelfs als je een kamer op Ctrip hebt geboekt, zal de receptie je verschillende redenen geven om te voorkomen dat je incheckt. Geweldig, toch? Nog een vriendelijke herinnering: zolang de reservering succesvol is, ongeacht of u kunt blijven of niet, of andere redenen heeft, kan het niemand iets schelen, maar het geld wordt niet terugbetaald! 4. "The hotel is generally not bad. I stayed on recommendation. I missed my flight and told them. They said don't worry and postponed my reservation to the next day (via Whatsapp). They wanted me to pay on the last day when I left. I explained the situation. I showed them the Whatsapp correspondence. They said I made a reservation through the application and that I had to pay. What they wrote on Whatsapp and what they said are different."
