All the staff at SLS Business Bay were so accommodating and attentive. The property is so clean and modern; very picturesque. We enjoyed Privilege pool, S Bar and Fi’lia. Thank you to GM Flavin for making sure our balcony view from the room was city view perfect. The bed is extra comfortable and the big bathtub is a special addition and was definitely utilized. Thank you to Adam who was so helpful during check in. Adam’s smile was so inviting. He’s just the man for the job at front desk check in. Keep him around. Special Thank you to Laura who was communicating with me for 2 months on room decoration for a special birthday surprise. So many other staff members that were exceptional. Thanks to Emmanuel for always keeping the guests safe and greeting us every morning and evening. We had an amazing time and will definitely recommend to our friends.

Very international buffet for breakfast. Definitely something delicious for everyone. The staff is super friendly and attentive, especially Zooz and Andreas! Thanks for the great stay. The rooms are nicely furnished and perfectly adequate. Depending on the location, also with a beautiful view on the skyline....

A chic designer hotel with so many interesting nooks and corners. The rooms were well designed and I felt at home instantly. On the negative side the toilet was unnecessarily small. The concierge did a great job and took care of my needs. The only issue I had here was that my room was just below the gym and the sound of weights being dropped on the floor was annoying. That apart I enjoyed my stay.

The sea view room is very good. It faces the sea and the flowers are blooming in spring. The sea breeze is very strong. You can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. You can drink in the restaurant, and there is a special smoking area, which is very friendly to smokers.

There was a dark-skinned receptionist at the front desk whose name seemed to be Bahab. She was in a bad mood because of a previous guest's complaint. She kept a dark face. I said hello and she didn't respond, which was very rude. In the end, she even said she didn't hear her. My greetings, but she did not say hello from beginning to end, starting an unpleasant journey... The Indian yoga instructor in the hotel is very good... The Indian restaurant is also good, but the price is more expensive...

The environment is good, close to Thai restaurants and Indian convenience stores. You can walk over there to eat and buy ice coke. There is also a stadium next to it for sports. Next to the stadium is another circle of small restaurants and bars. Everything is walkable and very close. The hotel service staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the conversion plug is also available for free. After buying wine, you can ask for an ice bucket and drink it in the house. If you ask me why I drink it in the room... If I order room service in the hotel, a bottle of Corona beer is about 80rmb😂 The area is close to festival city, and there is also MMI next to it (a place where tourists buy alcohol, bring It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi with my passport. It’s just hard to get back, especially at night. The weather is over 30 degrees, so I can’t take an Uber at night, and there are no taxis on the street. Well, I walked for an hour.) If it’s boring at night, I recommend taking a taxi to the nearby area. The york bar 😏 is only a ten-minute drive away, which is pretty good. In short, I would like to call this hotel the king of value for money. The room was clean and beautiful! ! The pool is also great fun! Friday parties are fun! ! The key is! The service attitude is great! ! so perfect! Every staff member is very enthusiastic! ! Come to the pool and lay the towels for you! Take the initiative to help you go to the road to stop the car! The breakfast is also very rich! A casual birthday! There were cakes and chocolates! ! W worth it! ! !

The wife and I had a great time at JA Hatta for a staycay. Though it was pretty hot during the day, the evenings were quite nice. The room was quite big though some of the furniture was quite bulky and inconvenient. The swimming pool was great and the property had a lot to do. Definitely going to return there in winter.

Lovely pool and great service - the lifeguard was very helpful and friendly. I visited using Privilee and it’s now one of my favourites. Quiet and chilled atmosphere. Free coconut water was a nice touch!
