1. Early check in
2. Robot help to deliver orders to room, so we not need to go lobby to collect the delivery. Very convenient 👍.
3. Friendly reception
Con:
1. Hotel’s renovation look abit old/ aged although advertised it is 4 star selected hotels in Hengdian world studio.
Remark: We booked family room which included two adult tickets and one child ticket. Refer to online comments, people said can top up money to change the child ticket to adult ticket, but we were unable to do it.

It is my best experience ever. The staffs are really enthusiastic and friendly. They help me every time and everywhere. I feel touched. From a ver far away place to hengdian but feel like being welcomed as at home. The hotel clean, the staffs are excellent. Thank you for providing me a feeling home away from home.

本次帶家人自駕去橫店影視城三天兩晚的遊玩，選擇了豐景嘉麗大酒店，最終證明是非常正確的。首先，酒店位置極佳，鬧中取靜，周圍200米處是飲食一條街，非常方便。第二、酒店有一個很大的停車場，晚上車位緊張時酒店小哥也會主動引導；第三、酒店雖然開業好幾年了，但設施維護得很好，最值得稱讚的是服務非常棒，員工都非常熱情，有事能及時反應協助；另外，酒店的早餐很好，我們連續兩天都是距9點結束還有15鍾時進入的，但各種菜餚添加及時，值得稱讚，餐廳也有各種套餐提供，量很大，性價比很高。非常滿意的一次居住體驗，今後還會入住。

酒店在鎮中心，門口有大停車場，停車方便，交通便利，去橫店影視城各個景區都很方便，進門就有個大魚缸，很新鮮，一樓大廳前台工作人員娜娜和小陸很熱情，其他人服務也很好。下午還送了水果，住了兩天非常舒服，親子房是小黃人風格的，很可愛，下次和朋友來還會選擇這家酒店！

五一節帶娃去橫店參加紅人盛典活動，攜程上看到豐景嘉麗是橫店最好的酒店，果斷下定，住四天。地理位置優越，在繁華的地段，離夢幻谷和秦王宮也很近，衹有一公里多。每天有小管家貼心服務，贈送酒店小點心。從房間往外看景色也相當不錯，心曠神怡。住的很開心，下次再來

住了兩晚，給我們的五一橫店遊劃上了圓滿的句號！房間比較寬敞，衞生打掃得很乾凈，雖然酒店有點年代了，但親切的態度和周到的服務還是令人非常開心！（衞生間是乾濕分離的，空間足夠，這點很不錯👍）酒店地處安靜，但又離各景區不遠。總之推薦～

因為前一天住的酒店有很重的煙味，就臨時換到了豐景嘉麗，真的是很棒的酒店，環境很好，住的很舒服，服務態度也很贊！離開的時候還有送禮品，下次去橫店還會住他家～😁
