房間乾淨的新酒店，服務員服務態度很好；就是離店前，去洗衣服有問題，是不是有人用遙控打亂程序了，拿出來的衣服全是洗衣粉的泡沫，；洗衣機是酒店的工作人員幫我調好的，怎麼會這樣呀？其他遇到的問題與酒店無關，所有的服務生還是挺好的👍希望酒店永遠都保持正能量的服務，不要參與那些負能量的事情；感謝服務啊！

房間設施、早餐、服務中規中矩，就是一般快捷酒店的樣子。重點説一下衞生，定這個酒店當時就是看寫的維也納的牌子，對這個品牌比較認可，結果住進去差強人意。 房間衞生太差了，鏡子上都是灰塵，牆紙上污漬星星點點的，最不能接受的是紗簾上好大一塊不名污漬，不知道打掃衞生的怎會看不見如此明顯的臟！酒店在一個十字路口，晚上過往車輛很多，睡眠不佳者慎選。
