"My husband and I took a two vacation along the Normandy coast. Our last night was in Dinard and we stayed at this hotel. Let me start by saying the restaurant was amazing, the food and service so good. The staff are all very friendly and hard-working and accommodating. The reason I gave the low score is because I had a terrible night sleep. In Europe hotel owners insist on keeping the air conditioning at around 72 to 73° Fahrenheit which is fine for the daytime but it’s torture at night. and even then it’s only a trickle of cold air coming out. I know the air conditioning programmed this way and hotel employees have to pretend like they don’t know how to turn it down but it’s awful. If you want Americans to spend their money here you gotta turn the AC down to 68°F at least at night. During the day we don’t need it. I’m not gonna stay at this hotel again and I’m not gonna recommend it either for this reason."

"4 dagen verblijf in dit charmante 2* hotel, maar die verdient 3 !! We hebben de kamer 31, gelegen op rdc (kamer die een leuke achterhoofd kamer geeft). Koopvarend ontbijt. Schoonheid van de plaatsen. Goed uitgeruste kamer (haardroog, cafetaria) gentleman van het hele personeel. Le moins : pas de parking à l’hôtel ce qui oblige à se garer dans la rue (gratuite).. pas toujours évident à cette époque....rapid oublié tant notre séjour était agréable !!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room looked over the bay, and had a balcony with table, chairs and a sun lounger. The beds were very comfortable with really good quality bedlinen, very soft and smooth, and the housekeeping was excellent. Everything was very clean, and the linen changed regularly. We also had a bath, with shower above. So it was very comfortable. The location is excellent, convenient for walks, restaurants and shops and the staff were friendly. Considering there is no chef, breakfast offered a good choice. We would definitely stay again. "

Our frustration at having to wait four days for our ferry to the Channel Islands has been mitigated by a big comfortable bed, excellent room facilities , good restaurant and nearby parking. And 30 euros a night cheaper than a box room in a faceless chain hotel in St Malo."

"We stayed in room 6 for 1 night on 31st August (2 adults and a 16 years old) What we like: Fantastic view of the Prieuré beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Public car park in front of hotel. Magimix coffee machine in room. What we like less: Room looks dated and tatty (damaged furniture, strange half size wardrobe…). Small bathroom but with good shower. Only one very flat pillow per person (had to fold my pillow in half!). Sofa bed mattress very thin and you could feel the springs. Expensive continental breakfast at 18 euros. I felt that was overpriced for a few mini pastries, bread and cakes. The stairs can be a bit treacherous with suitcases. We paid nearly £200 for the room and an additional 54 euros for breakfast. All I can say is that I had higher expectations at that price level."

"This hotel was a delightful surprise, and the nicest hotel I stayed in on my trip to Brittany. It's a sprawling hotel right next to the beach, with special Beach access by its own elevator. One of the best parts about this room was the huge balcony that came attached to my room. It was a lovely place to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and watch the colors of the sky. The hotel room itself was not huge but it was very clean and modern, with a very comfortable bed and everything I could need. There was plenty of light from large windows and the balcony. It was an extremely comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also large with lots of local specialty pastries to try. The staff were really helpful and there to answer any questions you have. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We spent one night in this hotel to celebrate my partner's birthday. The premium room was beautifully renovated and spacious. Pretty bathroom with a corner bathtub. The only downside is fixing the bottom plastic cover of the bathtub. We had 2 small balconies with a view of the ocean. Wake up magnificently to the sound of seagulls."
