"I was planning to move to the hotel right across the street if this one wasn't good, but it was so nice that I extended my stay. I love how spacious the room is. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you're traveling for business. It's also convenient because there's a supermarket and a shopping mall nearby."

"We stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The territory is nice and clean, they have their own bistro with Starbucks coffee. The room was clean, spacious enough for 2 people. Good bed, good pillows (soft and hard). Water pressure was really good as well as the body wash etc. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. Location of the elevator is not the most convenient. The courtyard looks comfy and calm. It can be a good venue for special occasions."

"I’ve been coming to this hotel for years and my review will be very accurate, I like this hotel because it has a lot of potential with the right approach, and it’s not about spending more money….After digging so deep and talking to employees and staying in different rooms and different floors, I can assure you that the main problem is primarily the maintenance guy….same problems for years…the elevator is so slow, water issues, no hot or no cold water, the faucets and the showers, TV’s and hot/cold air and so on…I have no idea what he’s doing….never seen the guy….The main problem after that is the manager , her name is Maya and she is running this nice hotel to the ground….she is ignorant, arrogant, and clueless…she is the real problem..from what I saw….this nice hotel will go out of business soon if this lady stays there….I’ve never seen anybody that bad….She doesn’t know how to run or do anything…if I was the owner of this nice hotel, I would fire her immediately, believe me when I say: save your money…this hotel will run much better without a manager. "Het hotel heeft me gelast om te parkeren ondanks het vermelden van de parkeerplaats is gratis De deposito's werden niet volledig terugbetaald Ik vroeg om verlenging van mijn verblijf van twee nachten , de recepteur vertelde me dat de tarieven zullen hetzelfde zijn als mijn oorspronkelijke boeking ( bijna 112 dollar per nacht) maar het hotel betaalde me 300 dollar voor de extra twee nachten. De manager zei dat ze me de extra kosten terug zou betalen, maar helaas heb ik geen terugbetaling gekregen. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld van dit hotel, dat ik nooit meer zal gaan."

"The hotels location is not bad, basically next to Ford in the middle of Dearborn. The hotel condition is acceptable, but it is not very clean, no one bothered to wipe off the elevator call button on the first floor even when there are dirty foot prints all over it. There are a lot of shady characters staying in the hotel and the entire place smells like *********, including the A/C air coming through if someone decides to smoke up just beneath your unit. The breakfast is terrible, dry sausage patties, hard biscuits, old banana. There is hair all over the shower walls, empty shower gel bottle and a coffee machine that didn't work in the room. The most frustrating part was, I had to argue with the front desk that the room was already prepaid even after showing them the reservation documents. The funny thing was, I paid over $170 for the night when I could've paid at least $20 less in a better area within 15 mins drive. I will never stay here again."
