"The room was clean and well-equipped, with a beautiful view. The owner was very kind, and there was complimentary fruit at the front desk. We even got to try some of the roasted suckling pig the owner was making that evening – it was delicious! The local people are so hospitable and genuine. In the morning, the view from the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning – rolling mountains shrouded in mist, like a magnificent ink wash painting. Truly breathtaking."

"The location is near the Mingshi Garden. It is a 6-story building with a mountain at its back. It is probably the tranquility that everyone wants. In the morning, there are roosters crowing, ducks quacking, birds chirping, haha. When you open the window, you can see mountains, fields, small bridges, and pavilions in the distance. Eyes full of green, attached picture later, free breakfast in the morning, steamed buns, steamed buns, eggs, soup noodles, sweet potatoes, I ate a lot of them beautifully, the steamed buns are brown sugar steamed buns, very delicate, my eldest sister and I still wanted to eat them when we were full of praises One, the eldest sister saw my little idea, she said she would give me one to eat on the way, I jumped for joy, haha, the eldest sister gave me two steamed buns, saying that for two people, one for each family! A steamed bun is not worth much, but it makes me very warm and satisfied! All ethnic groups are one family, and the eldest sister of the Zhuang ethnic group warmed us throughout the journey! Food, beautiful scenery, riding a small electric donkey, my wife and I shuttled through the beautiful scenery, happy and joyful, it was a worthwhile trip! "I rarely write reviews, but this place was so amazing I just had to help the two gentle and lovely sisters who run it get some exposure. The younger sister is also a photography enthusiast, so it felt like getting a free travel photoshoot with our stay! When we booked, it was a bit rushed. We decided to come to Mingshi Countryside after seeing Detian Waterfall. We wanted convenient transportation but didn't want to be on a noisy main road. We also wanted a beautiful window view, and the kids wanted a swimming pool. With all these demands, the price was definitely beyond our initial budget. Then, by chance, I saw this place and thought we'd just stay for a night and switch if it wasn't good. The hotel is located in an alley just off the main road. The entrance was a bit narrow, and I was a little worried at first. But once we got in, the enthusiastic owner helped us with our luggage and offered fresh fruit as a welcome. The room had a super large panoramic window and a unique bedside viewing setup. Staying here, I truly understood that 'countryside' means allowing everyone to slow down and experience the wild beauty. It's not necessarily about convenient commercial facilities or perfectly paved roads. This natural wild charm combined with comfortable accommodation made our trip so much more relaxed and enjoyable. We didn't hesitate to extend our stay for another night, and the owner even upgraded us to a different room with a better view. The breakfast every morning was also very thoughtfully prepared; they just didn't want us to leave hungry! The room facilities were also very tasteful, and there were drinks in the mini-fridge. We experienced the kind of quality usually found in 4-star-plus hotels right here at this B&B."
