"I checked in at 1:20 am after a 1 hours driving from Charlotte. felt immediately like a dump, floors dirty, carpeting was probably never shampooed in its life, once in my room, the air was musty, the bathroom filthy, counters and mirrors dirty, pee on the bottom of toilet, tv did not work. I put a towel on the floor not to step on pee! Next morning I complaint and asked the bathroom to be cleaned, I watched one of the girls to just spray cleaner all over the toilet and floor, no mop… disgusting! I asked her to leave. Then another housekeeper came and she cleaned much better and I gave her a nice tip. I only booked there because I missed my connecting flight due to weather from Charlotte and had to drive to Thomasville 1 hour and the next day to Highpoint for business. I rather sleep in my car before I ever set foot in this dump again! I wonder who owns this dump!?"
