Yungang Jianguo Hotel

以五星酒店標準看挺失望的，設施老舊安全隱患也多，為何不考慮翻新局部整改下呢？服務意識也不太強，所有房間衹給一張房卡説沒卡（多備點卡不是很容易麼）~衞生間浴室縫大洗澡後大量水溢出地面極滑易摔跤，酒店拖鞋底不防滑也沒專門的防滑拖鞋，熨衣服衹接收現金，頂上天花板泛黃，打掃也挺粗糙……雖然酒店生意一直很好，但還是希望能注重細節提升服務，有所改進也更智能化些！

1、前台和餐廳的服務態度和質量實在是太有待提高了。即便客人沒有賓至如歸的感覺，態度上起碼也得讓客人覺得心情愉快吧。 2、設施陳舊、房間衞生更別提了。 3、住過的五星酒店裡最不滿意的一次。 4、自身要維護和珍惜五星老酒店的品牌，尤其是做服務行業的。要做到讓客人滿意。從微笑服務做起。

真的對大同建國賓館特別印象深刻，全國五星級酒店之最。 1. 房間電話不能用 2. 衞生間衞生極差，入住時下水道口（不是浴室下水道，是洗手枱下面裸露在外的下水道口全部是頭髮和泥垢）、洗手盆如圖，臟的令人作嘔！ 3. 房間裏忘了放肥皂（也無洗手液）； 4. 晚上出去吃飯回房間，房卡打不開房門了，説是鎖壞了； 5. 入住時告知兩個房間是對門，結果對面還差了倆房間； 6. 房間的床翻個身感覺要塌了，晃晃悠悠，比快捷酒店還差勁，睡在上面吱吱呀呀、提心吊膽； 7. 致電房務中心問房間內是否有電蚊香液，回覆：房間裏不可能有蚊子，在我的堅持要求下，給了每個房間一個蚊香液； 8. 吹風機是壞的、浴室沒有吹風機插頭； 9. 酒店前台服務沒有任何禮貌用語，接待我們的同時一會兒忙單據、一會兒接電話，身兼數職，手忙腳亂，毫不專業！反而後台打掃衞生、禮賓甚至保安態度都比較好。 10. 早餐用餐區環境之亂、衞生之差、聲音之嘈雜，讓人開眼！ 花這麼久時間寫這麼長評論，希望對各位選擇有所幫助。大同建國，如此之差，全國罕見！ 本人入住A座。

千選萬選選的建國，老牌五星，秉承着相信的原則體驗感極差，本身住宿前就看了評價，對衞生已經有個一定認知，但是真的不配五星，真的臟！理解客房阿姨真的很辛苦，但是確實差強人意，最最最讓人生氣的是離地店後扣款的時候多扣除了8元雜費，打電話問了説是雪碧，可是我們並沒有飲用房內的飲品，退房的時候也沒有詢問告知及核對賬單，扣款前也沒有電話，莫名其妙被多扣了8元，得虧看了一眼賬單，要不然真是！哎。。。哦對了，早餐，呵呵了，跟我在煙台四星的水平差不多吧，裸手拿油餅，一邊打電話一邊羊雜粉，沒有口罩，反正確實確確實實體驗就倆字，xx，我都懷疑這個建國是不是“加盟”店！我個人建議避雷吧～

When we arrived we were given the wrong room in B tower with single beds, we had to go back downstairs and show the booking again to request the correct double room in A tower. The rooms and amenities are old, and the fridge is broken. I called reception who told me to bring any items I want to cool down to the reception and use their fridge, when I asked if we can swap the broken fridge for a working fridge, they said all of the fridges are like this. They won't admit the fridges are all broken, but all of the fridges in the hotel are warm and won't make your food / beverages cold. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade, and they need to replace the fridges.

Enjoyed staying and hence an extension of the previous stay. Excellent front office with great suggestions and support.

Strongly recommend, very well managed 5 stars hotel. The location is convenient, staff are friendly and well-trained. The rooms are spacious and clean, very comfortable indeed. Will definitely stay here again if coming to Datong.

You have to get a cab around Da Tong as there is no subway. The hotel was at a very central area and the location was great !

Hotel is nice, centrally located, room is clean and breakfast was good. Only complaint was the hotel had turned off thermostat so there was no air conditioning. We were told to open the window if the room was too warm. Even with the window open the room was too hot and difficult to sleep
