The hotel is from the era where they used marble tiles in the bathrooms and heavy quality wood furniture which is pretty charming. Bed was very comfortable and staff were generally helpful altho a couple of the reception staff were quite brusque, also they spoke really fast in an accent I couldn't always understand. I think they should be more mindful of visitors from abroad. The most helpful and courteous member of staff was the bellhop.
The hotel claims to be non-smoking which is a joke cuz my room reeked of cigarette smoke and I told the staff so when she brought me there but she just said oh they've already turned down the room. Since I stayed for only 1 night, I didn't make a fuss. But non-smoking rooms are generally a joke in China, there is no enforcement and smokers have no consideration for others. Non-smokers in this country have no rights.

大同花園大飯店不愧是著名的品牌飯店，性價比很高，各方面非常棒，無論是管理還是服務質量以及餐飲都做得非常到位，尤其是客房服務人員和餐廳的工作人員，服務特別專業細緻暖心，讓旅客很温暖。早餐豐盛且品質口感好，游完回到酒店後去中餐廳用餐非常方便，菜品豐富，價格實惠，方便極了！總之，大同花園非常好！繼續加油！

位置好出行方便，雖然房間有些老但是很乾凈，設施和細節都很好，服務也非常滿意。早餐不錯，還看到貌似酒店領導在查看品質，這樣的酒店難怪服務品質一直保持這麼好，超讚！超出了我的預期👍第一次來大同印象特別好，選擇花園大飯店太正確了

非常滿意的酒店，地理位置好，在古城裡麪，周邊好吃的多，出行方便，房間設施床品挺好，床上用品很舒服，被子枕頭都是鵝絨，入住有歡迎卡，送了水果。酒店-1是洗浴，面積不大，有泡澡熱水池和汗蒸，熱水池水不太熱，汗蒸挺好，從恆山下來正好泡澡搓搓澡放鬆一下，洗的很舒服，搓澡阿姨搓的非常仔細，服務很好。轉天早餐也驚喜，居然還有擺餐布和🍽️，有點不像酒店的自助餐廳，倒像是付費的西餐廳，簡直不要太滿意，我出遊定所有酒店都是含早的，級別跟花園酒店差不多，這邊服務確實好，很會做生意，餐也好吃😋，營養均衡，減脂，還有山西羊雜粉超好吃，滿意！下次來大同還定這裏！

本以為中式風格的房間會住不慣，但實際入住卻覺得特別舒適完美。從迎賓到前台以及餐廳的工作人員都是微笑服務，善解人意，時刻體察客人的需求，關懷備至，這一點就足矣。更不用説飯菜真的很好吃！
旅程結束，衹覺時間太短，不過花園大飯店真的好難訂，還好錯峯出行勉強訂到了🥰😝不虧！

酒店讓人很滿意，地理位置優越，在老城中心，去城中各景點及就餐都很方便，離華嚴寺很近，服務人員輕聲細語，工作主動，乾淨衞生，房間內馬桶🉑沖洗PP，隔音也不錯！總支體驗很棒！

掛牌四星酒店，旁邊就是鼓樓。雖然不是很新，但是設施齊全，房間安靜。餐飲服務等等都很ok，尤其是工作人員的服務意識和服務態度，讓人覺得很温馨，酒店2樓有餐廳很好吃價格也不貴，性價比高，酒店的負1樓有洗浴洗腳，住客可免費洗浴，服務人員也很到位。在這裏連住了4天，非常滿意，感覺是個不錯的選擇。性價比高，以後有機會來大同還會選擇這裏。旁邊吃東西的也挺多，衹是感覺不太習慣，這裏的飲食普遍偏鹹，還不如在酒店吃的滿意。

酒店位置特別好，就在古城中心，去哪兒都特別方便。酒店環境服務都特別好，雖然酒店時間比較長了，但打掃的很乾凈，房間也寬敞，有加濕器。自助早餐很豐富，羊雜湯比在外面飯店吃的好吃。
