#衞生不錯#服務不錯#位置交通便利#房間設施沒櫃子很難找到合適地方放物品；洗澡間乾濕部分沒有徹底分離，水會濺出，上廁所滿地水；小冰箱噪音大，一小時啟動一次#停車方便#房間景觀太吵，窗户隔音效果不好，臨街的房子簡直是災難，一晚上磕磕絆絆睡着兩個小時，這樣近600元的房子太不美好了

環境：位置特別特別好，就在華嚴寺門口對面，火鍋店樓上。但是沒有電梯，也沒有接待，拎着行李爬了三小層樓，第一次抵達的時候樓上管家小哥聽到聲音來接了一層樓，後面退房後沒人管。
衞生：衞生沒得説，很乾凈，一塵不染，新開業的所有設施都很新。
服務：不像民宿，接待比酒店前台還冷漠😶但是有問題找管家們還是有問必答的。咖啡機壞了也很耐心幫忙換了一個～
總的來説還是很滿意的，房間設計很好（就是電視太低了） 很有美感的設計，和朋友在大廳休息也很舒服的感覺～

房間很乾凈，服務人員超熱心，這家民宿真的超出我的期待！從入住到離店，每個環節都讓人感到舒適和貼心。房間佈局舒適，裝修品味獨特，床鋪柔軟舒適，讓人一覺到天亮。周邊交通便利，吃喝不愁。下次旅行，我還會選這裏！

民宿位置特別棒，正好就在華嚴寺對面，離九龍壁、善化寺以及周邊網紅飯店幾分鐘路程, 很方便！房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格非常好，且非常温暖。一家人出行選擇這裏非常不錯。 前台小姐姐顏值也很高, 有什麼需求都會及時的滿足, 服務態度特別好, 是非常快樂的一次出行!下次還會選擇這裏, 也會推薦朋友來的， 點贊!

大同是一個值得一來再來的城市, 同舍美宅絕對是一個值得一住再住的民宿, 從佈景到服務到餐食, 樣樣都在五星水平, 我如果來十次大同, 就要在這裏住十次, 從老闆到前台小姑娘以及客房大姐們人都超好, 比星級酒店有温度, 和星級酒店一樣好的服務。 住在古城裡太方便了, 從這裏去古城裡各處景點溜達幾步就到了，周圍也都是網紅飯店，交通便利，推薦大家來入住！

優點: 酒店新開業房間新，裝修雅緻！酒店位置好。適合自駕，導航華嚴寺地下停車場，從人行步道上來【有同舍，同樂樓標誌】右轉就是。進餐廳右側上2樓就到前台，非常方便，且住宿免費停車。早餐在一樓餐廳用餐，品種一般。 缺點:我們住的房型沒有窗户。淋浴間沒有掛衣架，內衣、浴巾沒有地方放，淋浴後光着出來拿浴巾尷尬。房間門牌號碼和給的房卡號碼不一致，晚上送外賣的常敲錯房間 。

民宿的地理位置特別好，出門就是華嚴寺。酒店物品配備完善，房間乾淨舒適床鋪舒適，，入住體驗比較好。服務人員非常熱情周到，為客人提供貼心服務，還專門給孩子準備了小童牙刷。總之：這是一家非常不錯的民宿！

非常滿意！去古城玩，特別推薦住這裏。步行去哪裡都很近 ，服務很好，早餐送到房間，早餐特別豐盛，也很好吃，退房時還送了小禮物，非常感謝！！！
