海航的酒店，濃濃事業單位風，酒店格局不錯，當年也是儋州老牌五星級了，不過現在設施都老化了，好在性價比高，不提供早餐，停車方便

酒店大堂很寬，前台辦理入住很快比較熟悉業務
服務員也不錯主要房間休息不錯，總體不錯性價比很高。

外表看起來高大上，但看起來生意蕭條，住的人很少，酒店大堂很大，安安靜靜，半天不見一個遊客。房間裏這也沒有，那也沒有，免費的礦泉水和一次性拖鞋都沒有，讓服務員送水，送來了兩小瓶礦泉水，多要一瓶都不行。要一次性拖鞋，衹送來了一雙，説是兩個人，才又送來了一雙。服務員不會説普通話，烏里哇拉，聽不懂説什麼！唉！體驗感最差的一次，這樣的酒店，如果再不改進，估計生意衹會越來越差！

酒店宏大，客房寬敞，乾淨衞生，設施基本齊全，熱水很好，停車方便。WiFi信號也不錯。滿意。

很好的酒店，環境好，交通方便，工作人員服務態度好、熱情周到。有些樓層重新裝修過，設施很好。經常出差來海南，總是住到這裏

服務態度很差。不對，應該叫做沒服務。因為換了一家酒店需要退公安系統。打電話給酒店，一個女的接電話，我説了事情它直接掛電話。我服了～後來隔壁酒店前台幫我打電話説這個事情，她又直接掛了？？？？沒禮貌。

酒店有點老，房間有點味道，因為有團隊入住，我們從花園房調整到市景房，前台積極溝通，並幫我們加床，態度值得肯定。
