I’m glad I found this place. The manager gave me a nice rate on a pleasant room. The lobby is clean and comfortable. If I had more time, I would have read and had a cup of coffee. The breakfast atmosphere was tidy and welcoming, but I wish they had some protein options. I did like making my own toast, sipping coffee, and watching the news in the lobby. My room was very clean & when I double-checked I had my items, there were three people cleaning, all masked. Slept great! Quiet location next to a marshland. Very pretty atmosphere altogether.

The room was clean. The breakfast was better than average with a wide range of choices, although some of the family thought the coffee was a bit weak. Day staff were great. Just after we checked in around 9 pm, my husband went back to the car to get something we forgot. He forgot the room number. When he asked the clerk she wouldn't give him the room number. He is a registered guest! He's 73 and not very threatening looking. The clerk called up to the room and we had to come down to get him. Just odd. The pool area was definitely in need of attention and a good cleaning. We brought it to the attention of the manager who was very responsive. Still yuck.

We’ve been to many IHG Hotels over the last 2+ years, and this is the best by far we’ve stayed at. I believe the experience lays with the staff enjoying where they work, whom they work with, and whom they work for. (We who stay there!) The staff was friendly (a shout-out to Ms. Dorothy who hosted the hot breakfast) to the maintenance guy who was proud of how the hotel looked. The rooms were clean & inviting after our day of driving. It’s not easy to keep things running well in the Hospitality world right now, but I really appreciate the way this hotel welcomed us. Thank you!

Right in the center of downtown this Hyatt is perfect! The rooms are clean and the staff are soooo nice ! The front desk made me coffee late at night while I was burning the midnight oil on my work projects and Mike set up an amazing breakfast for the hotel in the morning! Eggs and has browns and yogurt and fruit and coffee and cereal and and and! The dining room was well maintained and the overall experience was 5 star!!!
