很不錯，主打就是乾淨，用品都是一次性的，老闆很體貼，浴巾坐便套洗面巾都安排的不錯，沿海住，空氣很好也不潮，下樓很方便，還有2號線地鐵直達，最主要是喝水都有便捷的熱水器直接就能飲用，不用擔心喝水問題，超級好，下次還來光顧，祝老闆生意興隆，財源廣進

因為親屬有長者九十大壽，又來了大連，我這我熟悉的城市。陪老爸在東港這邊夜釣，就在附近公寓選了選，很幸運來到這家民宿。位置很好找，樓下就是威尼斯水城東港廣場，到樓下有帥氣小夥熱情了來接，給我們送到房間，進入小區需要刷卡非常安全，女孩子住也不用害怕。到樓上是一個LOFT，長者孩子住在樓上，我跟老公住樓下，樓上兩張床，樓下一張床，屋內乾淨衞生，特別值得誇獎的是所有洗漱用品都是一次性的，這比酒店還要乾淨省心啊！早上拉開窗簾往下一看，景色也非常好，下樓吃了包子麪條，好吃呀，也非常方便！選他家真是這次來大連最正確的選擇，性價比也非常高，下次來大連還要住他家。

非常不錯，房間很大，雖然不是獨立衞浴但是衞生間也很乾凈，香香的。是那種封閉式小區的設計倒還挺安全。酒店可以幫忙加工海鮮，屋內可以洗衣服，還有冰箱空調，但是沒有電視。洗漱用品很齊全，浴巾毛巾都是一次性的，特別好！

真的超棒！窗外就能看見音樂噴泉，又不會吵鬧。而且房間很乾凈，我們是兩個媽媽帶兩個小朋友，住複式房間正好，孩子們也玩的開心。樓下有超市和小吃點，買東西也很方便，下次再去大連東港，還選這

1.周邊環境：酒店距離廣場和水城非常近，就在樓下，遊玩之後上樓就休息不用着急趕車，站在窗邊就能看見音樂噴泉。出東門右轉就有便利店和早餐店。繼續向西南方向步行是地鐵站，對面有個大商場，也可以吃飯。
2.內部設施：房間內部乾淨整潔無異味，床墊比較舒服，每天在外走一天睡的舒服解乏很重要。衞生間樓上樓下各一個，不是玻璃磨砂隔斷，避免了多人入住使用時的尷尬！
洗漱用品都是提供的一次性旅行裝，包括一次性壓縮毛巾和一次性浴巾，乾淨衞生，拖鞋是帶底的不是一層無紡布那種，可以放心使用。
有關遊玩路線還可以諮詢老闆，他自己有快手發佈一些攻略。
非常滿意的一次住宿。

交通便利，窗外風景也不錯，建議給客人準備護髮素和紙抽，這個衞生間的面積和淋浴噴頭的位置如圖，導致洗完澡坐便上都是水，還有洗臉池的大小……性價比自己參考
