カウンターの方は、丁寧に受付をしてくれて、また掃除の方も、きれいに部屋の掃除をしてくれましたが、シーツ交換はありませんでした(2泊3日)。部屋自体はきれいでした。シャワーの水圧は、もう少し強ければ良かったと思いました。

房間特別大，安靜，衞生好，服務好，還包含早餐，有機會再住這裏。春節期間價位親民，每人就100多，划算，停車也方便。

前台服務周到耐心，門衞大叔負責細心，房間整潔，地理位置好，早餐品種繁多。離大商超，景點都不遠。不錯的入住體驗

大連維也納國際酒店市政府店前台接待服務熱情周到，累了一天來到酒店就像回家了一樣温馨，辦理完手續來到客房整的感覺衞生，環境設施都非常好，本來計劃住一天，臨時改了續住一天，前台美女非常熱情，因第三天早走不能吃早餐，把房間給我升級，很高興下次有機會來大連還會來維也納國際酒店市府店入住。

一，房間不錯，衞生間手盆太高了，孩子一米四，洗手盆到孩子肩膀，洗漱非常費勁。
二，水龍頭把手鬆動，擰上去，自己掉下來。
三，訂房間之後，要特別注意，過了半個小時就不能隨意退，會扣掉一天多的房費，我當時想退房，要扣掉六百多，就沒退。我是提前15天定的，衹過了一天，就要扣掉六百多。
四，定的親子房間，早餐太單一，連續吃三天，第三天就已經不想吃了，吃一天還行，第二天想吃花菜，餐廳就把第一天的涼花菜擺上了。周圍有早餐店，不建議吃酒店的早餐。

這家酒店環境真是不咋地，以為是和別的維也納一樣，實際裝修和設施都非常老，門口停車位很有限，出去玩回來晚了就得停到很遠去。房間狹小，設備陳舊，早餐樣式特別少，門口保安還牛哄哄的，有個長得像張紹剛似的態度最為惡劣，像***似的。如果不是沒有別的選擇，千萬別定他家！！非常垃圾。附近有家肥牛火鍋還不錯！

總體看是不錯的，比較舊，但是乾淨有致，服務到位。早點中規中矩。美中不足的一點比較嘈雜，吃早點時候一羣老太太嗓門老大了，還有走廊裏經常不關門，喧嘩的比較厲害。沒辦法，大連旅遊季，團客眾多。

旺季來大連住宿真的太貴了，在旅遊季超級貴的房價中，選到了這家酒店，大堂寬敞明亮，安靜，舒適，服務熱情周到，早餐也很豐盛，還給到旁邊海鮮燒烤全單88折的優惠券，超值！下次還會選擇維也納國際！
