建築物比較舊。屋子裡有一股味道。帶孩子不建議訂。而且太吵了。不隔音。半夜有吵架的情侶後來長者家也參與進來。搞得不能好好休息。走路聲聽的很清楚。空調是壞的。五月還好吧，但還是悶。夏天的話根本不行的。牙刷去前台自己要的。洗漱用品就有一塊香皂和一瓶類似於洗髮水的液體。沒有標明。體驗感太差了

房間很大，衞生條件很好，位置在俄羅斯風情街附近。裝修風格比較傳統，房間內設施都是新的。

入住第一晚，床罩被子裏出來一衹如圖被人使用過的拖鞋。也就是説酒店保潔在上一個客人退房後根本就沒有清洗床上用品，直接鋪了給下一個客人用！當晚要求他們給我換了全套床品，衞生間地漏堵塞嚴重，洗一下澡就全部是水。酒店裡濃濃的黴味，除了房間還比較大，離車站也不算遠這點優勢外，這個酒店沒有什麼其他價值。因為帶着孩子不方便換酒店了，不然真心不能忍！還不如普通快捷酒店！

看了好多酒店🏨，都漲價了，這個評分不高，勝在是標間，孩子👶🏻大了擠一張床上不方便。大連站北站出，走10分鐘左右到，房間挺大，樓下是鐵路，就是衞生間沒排風，有味，裝修老舊，不太乾淨的感覺。不過跟第二天我住的評分很高的280的店比，這個顯然好太多，不能相信評分，還是選大一些或者連鎖的店。這個價位電梯不是刷卡上下的，沒有免費洗衣機，簡單評價就是老舊，不是旅遊旺季估計也就100＋。

1.辦理完入住拿完房卡進屋放完東西打開燈後看到被罩有個漏的地方，我就給前台打電話説明瞭這個問題，前台聯繫人來看下，結果並沒有人來，我在門口站了幾分鐘後，看到對面保潔員收拾完對面屋，跟她反應了這個問題，保潔員説她知道，我説知道是知道，第二天我退房怎麼算，她態度很不好的説被罩自然老化，不算我的問題。這麼大的酒店被罩老化壞了漏了不給換新的嗎
2.我在攜程訂的房間，退房時間給我延時到14點之前，第二天12點之前前台給我打電話讓我退房，我説明瞭攜程延時到了14點，前台説知道了，12點多保潔員敲門我説房間延時到14點跟前台溝通完了，13點10多分前台打電話説讓我退房，我説攜程上退房時間14點之前，前台理直氣壯説現在也是14點之前，我説我13點50退房也可以吧，我就掛了電話，起來收拾退的房，退房時間在13點30左右吧。
總結：這次住的真心不滿意。

酒店的位置還可以，距離俄羅斯風情街非常近。酒店有一側的房子臨近火車道，另一側是臨街，火車道一側一過火車，那是簡直了，好在跟服務員説了以後換到臨街的，白天過往車輛比較多，但晚上還好。酒店房間不太大，還比較乾淨。

整個酒店沒有晾曬衣服的地方，住了三天衣服都沒洗，房間窗户往裡開的，我兒碰的頭破血流，跑了第三家醫院才給縫上，小童生病衹能去小童醫院
