This hotel was in a great location as next to railway and metro station. Unfortunately the power was cut off for the entire block. It was fortunate that the hotel was able to refund part of the stay. I had to checkout when the power was cut off again the following night. This isn’t the fault of the hotel but they tried their best in a bad situation. When I checked in they brought tray of snacks and a letter explaining how they were sorry they could not speak English. This was a nice touch and I commend the front staff for their sincerity. The only reason I took off a star was that the hallway carpet was in an old state and could use an overhaul. Other than that great staff and hotel.

The hotel didn’t have hot water to take shower and they didn’t provide me it after one day stay despite having promised and I left it as dissatisfied

房間乾淨整潔，跟圖片一模一樣。前台工作人員服務超級好，説話和善温柔。大連站北出口，出來左轉2分鐘就到，門口有停車場，出行非常方便。雖然房間窗户和火車站台相鄰，打開窗簾就可以看到各種火車，但是房間隔音效果超級好，我根本沒聽見火車噪音。

房間很大，隔音效果特別好，外面很吵一進屋就很安靜了，服務也比較好，空調一開始打不開及時修理了，但是沒給沐浴露，給了兩個洗頭膏，房間白天看可能是有點小舊，牆那個地方時間稍微有點久，晚上看比較好

再次入住一如既往的好，前台很耐心解答問題，大堂明亮，房間很乾凈，早餐也豐富，酒店有大院子停車也免費，真很方便，酒店旁的美食大排檔下月開業，吃美食更方便，下次再來…

我是第一次來大連，選擇這個酒店沒有錯，就在火車站北出站口旁邊，位置特別好，酒店特別新，設施齊全，服務態度也好，早餐樣式多，還很好吃，有免費停車場，值得推薦！下次來大連還會在這住的！

總體感覺還不錯 雖然空間不是很大但是滿足日常需求 室內還是比較乾淨整潔的 這個價位對比這個區位優勢還是很有性價比的 唯一不足的可能就是太靠近車站 會有些播報聲音 不過還好 可以接受 畢竟交通出行非常方便 距離 火車站 地鐵 輕軌 公交站 下樓即是 客觀評論

대련역 바로 옆이라 여행이 편했어요 체크인 체크아웃 처리가 신속했어요 근처에 대형시장이 있고 음식점 백화점이 가까워 좋았습니다
