De hotelkamer leek daterend en is waarneembaar van het ontwerp en de badkamer, evenals de tapijten. De kamer is echter redelijk schoon en de service was eerlijk, vriendelijk en snel. Ik stuurde wat wasgoed en de bedienden probeerde me te informeren dat de kleren onder de zon werden gewassen en gedroogd, zodat ze klaar zouden zijn voor de avond later. Ze heeft mij ook van de prijsstelling geïnformeerd, en vervolgens ging ze vragen of ik het goed met dat was. Ik vind het leuk dat ze zeer duidelijk zijn met kosten en er is geen verborgen kosten. Ik vroeg om meer water bij de concierge toen ik van het diner terugkwam en de kamerservice wachtte op me bij mijn kamerdeur met water toen ik uit de lift kwam. Mijn tante en ik rustten goed voor de twee nachten die we daar verbleven. De enige negatieve was waarschijnlijk de airconditioner die heel luid was. Maar als we sliepen, maakten we ons niets uit. Er is ook een zeer mooie thee in de kamer die gasten kunnen gebruiken als ze thee willen. Het zou beter geweest zijn als ze ons vier flessen water hadden gegeven in plaats van twee. Dan hadden we onze kleine thee-waarderingssessie meer regelmatig gehad."
