They kindly accommodated me who was suffering from altitude sickness. This hotel has the best staff.

這間酒店給我很溫暖！我連續住咗四晚！我參加了當地團去馬丘比丘！凌晨4:30出發我在酒店大堂等車酒店職員已幫我準備好一份簡單早餐！我去完馬丘比丘回來的時候已經差不多午夜！回來時很肚餓！又很凍！我跟酒店女前枱說！房間澡涼水不熱！她立即走去調校熱水！冲熱茶！煮即食麵！又給麵包！又到我房間試吓水溫！我真是很感動！下次去庫斯科！我要再入住這間一星酒店！

This is a family run hotel and it is evident in their care and attention to detail, including the delicious breakfasts, cozy thick blankets, always available hot water & tea/coffee, etc. Each floor has a lounge overlooking the courtyard and it is so relaxing curling up on one of the couches and listening to the fountain. The location is grear, close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. Our only regret is not staying longer. Would absolutely stay here again!

Such a gem on a less busy street in Cusco. It is literally around the corner from San Pedro Market. The room we were in had two floors, with the upstairs having 2 double beds and the downstairs with a small kitchen sink, counter, mini fridge and a pull out couch. It was perfect for our family of 4! The owner, Manuel and his staff (his wife Norma, who made delicious eggs for us at breakfast, Elliott, Andres, Elizabeth and Carmen were all so very kind, attentive and helpful. They helped arrange excursions and taxis for us, all at a very reasonable price. They have coca tea at the lobby to help with altitude sickness. We stayed there for several days, and it felt like coming home every time we got back to the hotel. A little bonus is their dog, Chasqui, who is the sweetest, friendliest doggo! Highly recommended!

This is a great property in every respect including breakfast. The only downside is that most rooms face the courtyard where all sounds resonate strongly. We were lucky that our room was almost the only one to face out, and it was still a bit noisy through the door, but bearable.

Great place to stay for cheap. Excellent location near San Pedro station if you have an early morning train. They store your luggage and it’s also close to the San Pedro market.

Located on a small street, this hotel came to my surprise. I wanted to find a place close to the Peru rail because I needed to take an early train and this hotel was literally one block away from it. The Cusco Market was also across the street from the Peru rail and it is walking distance to the central of Cusco. It felt really safe to walk here. The rooms aren't modern but I think it felt cozy and felt like I was living in an apartment. The beds were comfortable and fell a sleep fast. I saw most reviews about hot water issue but I didn't have this issue. I would have to say it might take longer to get the hot water since I stayed on the top floor but if you open the sink along with the shower on, I notice the hot water comes quicker. The breakfast was pretty standard. They had someone cooking eggs and they offered fresh fruits. What I like most is that they prepare breakfast to go if you plan to do those early morning tours. The hotel also offers day trips as well which was very affordable. The service was very welcoming too. They do lock their doors once it gets late at night but there is always someone who will come and open the door for you if you come home late.

This Hote is the best in Cusco.
The staff is helpful and friendly, all of them excellent.
The rooms are clean and the beds are fluffy.Thick warm comforters.
The hot shower worked fine at all hours.
We told them we were leaving at 5 am to go to Machu Picchu, then they prepared a breakfast in paper bags before 4h50 am. Sandwiches, fruit, water etc.
Furthermore, the hotel was a 3 minute walk from the Perurail station. The hotel states a quiet street but very close to reach some main market, park and sightseeing points.
We will back to this hotel surely! Thank you so much!
