Good, nice experience Clean and polite staff The breakfast was ok, and 24/7 service Tv was ok Heather wasn’t the best, a bit old But in general was a nice stay for a 3 stars rating hotel Location was great, 8 minutes walking from the main tourist places :)

Clean rooms, amazing service, Ruth and Erika are super hosts, very attentive and always greets with a smile. The breakfast is good and the kitchen staff are great aswell. Koyller hotel deserves 5 stars on their door. Thank you for making my first experience in Perú so wonderful.

This hotel has been a wonderful stay. The service is very fast and responsive. Having no Spanish the front desk attendants were accommodating with English. The rooms are very clean as well as the lobby and public spaces. This is a very nice hotel for the price. I would stay here if I go to Cusco again.

Amazing hotel. All the big names like a Hilton, Sherrington, Marriott should come and have a look here how it’s done. Amazing service , lovely beds which helped my back get back to normal. It’s a 10!

The Koyllur inn is good value for money.the service of the staff were excellent but had difficulty in speaking English. I suggest the management keep a phone at reception with google translate in that . Will be much easier The breakfast good, the rooms were comfortable with heater . But the TV doesn’t have any English Channel . The management must install you tube or something for English only speaking guests Over all it is a good place to stay with good team

Low value for money. This is a budget property - worn, discolored towels, cheap limited toiletries, rough toilet paper, pretty basic breakfast with stale bread and very limited hot options (runny scrambled eggs). Main lobby and dining area are pleasant to look at and the elevator works. Water pressure in shower was good, but bathroom is very small with no counter space. Hair dryer plug kept falling out of the socket. Limited staff, often away from the front desk.

cozy quiet hotel, close to the center. the staff is friendly. The most comfortable king size bed and pillows in the hotel. I finally got enough sleep and woke up without neck pain. There is a heater in the room, but even without it it was warm. in the evening they give out heating pads. There is a kettle and tea in the room. nice window view of the city. hearty breakfasts: muesli, vegetables, toastes, fruits, scrambled eggs, coffee, yogurt, juices. The hotel receptionist helped to print our flight tickets. Thank a lot. And also stored our suitcases until taxi. So I definitely recommended this hotel and want to return again.

My daughter and I stayed here prior to joining our trek to Machu Picchu. A comfortable room with a good view of the city. Breakfast was pleasant and plentiful with a good selection. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided a route map to walk to the Plaza des Armas. One nice touch was the provision of a furry alpaca hot water bottle each evening.

Las chicas de recepción son un amor y muy dedicadas a hacerte sentir 100/100 Erika y Ruth les voy a extrañar. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa. Espero nunca cambien y sigan siempre así. El lugar es muy cómodo y las habitaciones acogedoras.
