Before arriving, I communicated with the hotel about arranging airport pickup. I sent them my flight info beforehand but when I arrived at the airport, nobody picked me up.
I contacted the hotel and it seemed like they forgot to arrange for my pickup, which was a huge red flag.
After hiring a taxi on my own, I arrived at the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and efficient with check in but didn’t acknowledge the airport pickup mistake until I brought it up.
I stayed in room 103 and it was super noisy at night. You can literally here everyone walking and talking outside in the hallway as noise echoes. Very unpleasant and none of us were able to get a good night’s rest 3 nights there.
The location was desirable as it was not too close to the main square but only an 8 soles Uber ride each way that took about 10 min.
One thing that was positive is their express laundry service. They charge 15 soles for every kg of laundry and it takes about 3 hours to complete. All of our clothes were cleaned in the promised time, so we were grateful about that part.
Overall, I could not recommend this hotel. It’s just too noisy at night and the walls are too thin.
