Nos hicieron pagar de nuevo impuestos a pesar que en la tarifa ya estaba incluido, nos dieron una habitación muy simple para el costo y en el último piso, el desayuno dice desde las 6am teníamos tours y necesitábamos comer algo sin embargo no estaba habilitado porque dicen que el chef está de vacaciones

В очень хорошем месте, багаж можно оставить бесплптно на хранение, завтрак конечно не богат, но мы оставались на ночь, покушали яичницу, бутики, бананы, кофе. фен на ресепшене. на фото выглядит лучше чем в живую, но для этой цены на самом деле нормально. НО оооочень холодно!!!!!! ( но это везде так, как я понимаю) и чттбы принять душ надо спускать воду 5-6 мин)

Жил в этом номере 6 дней. Есть хороший завтра и отличная администрация. Рядом много кафе, недалеко от центральной площади. Напротив супермаркет 🏬

We had a lovely stay at Casa real hoteles. The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly, always happy to help. The hotel is located 15min walk from plaza de armas, which is just far enough to be quiet but still close enough.

It was an excellent hotel in Cusco. Very close to the central square around 10 to 15 minutes (if you don't want to walk you can take a taxi for 6 soles) Quiet, safe, clean, and confortable place. They offer a very delicious continental breakfast, there is tea infusions on the 1st and third floors. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful with any questions you have: like places to visit. very confortable beds to rest specially after we come back from the rainbow mountain and Lake Humantay. Price is affordable and fair, I recommended very much, it was a nice stay while visiting the georgous city of Cusco. Thank you hotel Casa Real! I had a great experience! I'm definitely coming back to this place.

The pictures in this website don't do justice to how beautiful and cozy it is in real life, I just finished my tour and stayed there pre and post hiking and absolutely loved it. The bed was so comfortable, the hotel was nicely decorated and taken care of, and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend 100%.

Hotel com localização bem bacana, quarto amplo e bem limpo, camas confortaveis, banheiro legal... café da manhã bem simples, porem aceitavel. Meninas da recepção têm bastante dificuldade em se comunicar com hospedes que não falam o espanhol (não entendem inglês tbm). Mas o grande defeito é que não possui elevador sequer para a bagagem (e nem alguem que ajude), o que dificulta absurdamente a vida de quem chegou tendo que se aclimatar com a altitude e tem que subir escadas carregando malas

Estuvo bien. El hotel está bien ubicado cerca del centro de Cusco. Las habitaciones eran cómodas. El baño estaba un poco viejo y descuidado, y las habitaciones no tenian calefacción, sólo tenian una estufa eléctrica que no calentaba mucho, asi que por las noches hacia mucho frio. El desayuno era regular, había una sola persona para atender a toda la gente. No habia suficientes cosas, a veces no habia cosas básicas como manteca o café o jugos. Reponian poco de cada cosa, y tardaban mucho tiempo. Las porciones eran pequeñas.

El hotel está muy bien localizado cerca del centro de Cusco. Me tocó una habitación en planta baja (por suerte ya que el hotel no tiene ascensor). El desayuno se sirve en el 5to. Piso por escalera y estuvo correcto. La habitación era media oscura al ser planta baja pero la cama era muy cómoda. La recepcionista fue muy amable. Hay te de cortesía en planta baja y en el tercer piso. Es un hotel de paso. Cusco tiene muchas actividades y uno está todo el día afuera.
