This hotel was very cozy and nice. Graciela went beyond to help us to accommodate with the altitud issues we were having. We loved the alpaca Kiki who was around the hotel very nice touch. The hotel is walkable and close to the San Pedro Market and restaurants.

I loved that every night they came to each room with a large thing of hot tea and water bags in case it was cold! The staff was very friendly and it was such a good location for just landing in Cusco!

This is the Hotel you want to stay at in Cusco ! When my trip to Muchu Picchu was interupted by a TRAIN BLOCKAGE
HOTEL UNION saved my vacation by providing better alternatives ! !

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. They do actually take your order and cook it for you. I thought it was very thougthful touch for a complimentary breakfast.

The staff and service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The onsite restaurant was very good and convenient. The only complaint, was the evening noise in the courtyard.
