Heel mooi en goed hotel, we hadden een rustige, ruime kamer, met heel goede bedden. Badkamer en sanitair was heel schoon en netjes en we konden elke dag genieten van een heerlijk warme douche. De medewerkers van het hotel waren gastvrij, heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ontbijt was iedere ochtend heel lekker, met heerlijk brood, veel verse vruchten en lekker vruchtensap. Ligging van het hotel was ook prima, via een klein straatje sta je binnen zo’n 5 minuten op Plaza de Armas, hartje centrum.

Desk help was incompetent. Housekeeping not timely. Check out they tried to scam me $34. And claimed it was additional taxes. I live in Peru and it’s not true. I will never go bk there and will tell tourists to avoid this place. Shame on you!It was a great location

This hotel is located in the heart of Cuzco. I was able to go around the city center on my own from the hotel. They provide the cocoa tea and leaves as the lobby. The reception area is cozy. The room size is just ok and wifi worked so well. Breakfast was very good.

Nice breakfast. Dining area staff very sweet and helpful. Front desk staff could be a bit friendlier. Great location though if you get exterior room please remember to use ear plugs as traffic is busy and everyone loves to use their horn. A couple of blocks from plaza de armas. Downside: my friend who was at another hotel was not allowed to go beyond lobby.

We stayed here before and after our Salkantay trek. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, helpful staff. It is located within walking distance to many attractions. Many trekkers stay here. The place also stored our luggage while on our trek. We ate at the pizza placed located right across the street. It was very good!

I highly recommend this hotel. The service is great. I love the architecture inside the hotel and the cleanest of it. It’s location is very convenient, it is close to restaurants and shops and the plaza.

The hotel is very close to the city center with a ton of food options and shops nearby. The room was comfortable and clean with an awesome view of the surrounding city.

Hotel is clean and customer service is superb but the room is rather run down. Amenities are basic but overall good value for the price you pay.

The hotel had very friendly staff. Great location! Interesting architecture, clean and a quite ambience. Very clean. The size on the double beds were a bit larger than twin size. Overall we were pleased with our stay!!
