"You need to know this place is not as good as showing on photos. Service is terrible and this place is not safe, walking is not safe and nothing nearby. Price is to high for this area, there is better options available and much better prices, I have go to many hotels in cucuta and less expensive, 10 times better than Faranda collection. I did try this hotel because is new, but it was a bad choice and a bad experience. Only the girl at the restaurant was professional ( breakfast not as good, my first day I have lunch there lol omg the chicken was smelling like it was exposed too long before cooking, only the pasta and was ove cooked. One more thing, room doors don’t have extra locks so cleaning lady walks in and said ohh sorry lol at any time you will have them in your room and you can’t stopped lol no no. Check Holliday in, much better near everything and price is 49 dollars cheaper and hotel is gorgeous!!"
