"Een prima hotel, wat niet op loopafstand van het centrum van Corato ligt. Aldus het personeel van de receptie beschikt Corato niet over taxi's waar wij een beroep op zouden kunnen doen om het centrum te bereiken (of ze begrijpen mij niet; ik weet niet of iedere medewerker de Engelse taal machtig is). En volgens onze reisgids kan ik niet op de streekbussen vertrouwen. We zijn dus maar niet naar het centrum van Corato geweest. In de eetzaal (die door een andere organisatie wordt gerund) is het warm, en luidruchtig wanneer de gasten door elkaar spreken. Voor het zwembad heb je een (knalroze) badmuts nodig, die je bij de receptie voor € 3,00 kan kopen, òf er zelf één meenemen. Je moest tijdig in de ontbijtzaal zijn, waar alles in buffetvorm stond opgesteld, omdat het niet echt meer werd aangevuld, als het ontbijt opraakte. De kamer - en wij hadden met balkon - was prima. Ik heb alleen de nachtportier als vriendelijk ervaren - hij begroette je enthousiast wanneer hij aan zijn dienst begon - en de overige medewerkers liepen niet over van vriendelijkheid."

"Room 18 - both air conditioning units broken. Shower doors dirty and broken (wouldn't close properly). Shower itself had extremely low pressure, and both shower heads were broken. While the room was cheap, was well below expectations. issues were raised, but unable to fix until the day after my stay, and no compensation offered."

"Thank you to Adrianna and Irene and the rest of the team at Appia antica for making our wedding weekend so memorable. If anyone has tried to look for wedding hotels to host guests in the area you will know how difficult it is to find one. However, Adrianna exclusively held the rooms and hosted our guests and took so much stress away for us on our wedding weekend. Thank you so much to the team for our day before party too it was such fun!"

"I stayed at this lovely property in February. Its strategic location, in the city center, made it easy for me to get around. The reception staff (Antonio) immediately showed attention to my requests and needs, providing me in advance with all the information regarding breakfast (included) and the services offered. The welcome was impeccable, pleasantly cordial. The room I stayed in is very large, airy and clean, with a large bed and a comfortable bathroom with shower. I also found it to be very special and characteristic because of the stone walls. The café where I had breakfast was also noteworthy. A perfect stay. I will definitely return."

"This is actually the worst hotel I've ever been to. The showers are moldy and the rooms are dirty. This isn't a one room exception I've seen 4 other people's rooms and all of them also have mold and look dirty aswell. The air conditioning does not work again even after they "turned it on". The food was diabolical out of a a group of about 80 people i saw 3 people eat one meatball and that was the most eaten. The pasta had no flavour but pepper and lots of people said they had hair in the food. The dessert had a custard that was some how dry and not custardy. Lots of people who came here have said this is definitely the worst hotel they have experienced. And the food wasn't good either i bet that a 7 year old child could make better."
