"Excellent stay in the heart of León We spent one night in this 4-star hotel, ideally located in the heart of León, close to the tourist attractions. The building is beautiful and modern, with 8 floors. Fast and efficient check-in, very friendly and professional staff. Our room, located on the 7th floor, was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable bedding. It offered a superb view of the city and had a small balcony with a table and chairs. Appreciated amenities: flat-screen TV and mini-fridge with two small bottles of water offered upon arrival. We did not try the restaurant, breakfast, or parking. Small area for improvement: the TV was not connected (no Netflix allowed) and no coffee/tea facilities were available in the room. In summary: excellent value for money for a short stay in León. We highly recommend it!"

"Arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. There was only one handsome guy at the front desk, and he was very enthusiastic. I chatted with him for a bit and learned that there was a fire about 60 kilometers from the city, which is why the air quality throughout the city didn't look great, and many people were wearing masks. The room had a bathtub, but the furniture and everything else were quite old. It was barely okay for one night. I probably won't come back to this city next time; it's a very ordinary city."

"It's super big room though this is 12 occupants but still very huge room, I stayed at room 19 , old yet clean and big kitchen and big common area. I love the high chair and best of the best the coffee even without breakfast they provide free coffee with milk,tea clean dishes and utensils. So close to all landmarks and attractions. I love also the staffs they are helpful and very accommodating. There's a storage room as well for your staffs. Highly recommended this hostel and value of money. Higher my expectations. Thank you so much till I will visit Leon."

"The hot thing about this place were the location (right close to downtown and the historical part, with walkable distances everywhere) and the price (pretty affordable when compared to other options). The check in was also pretty easy to go through and fast, something that worked for us as we got into the hotel quite late (after 11pm). There was no real person there, though. The downside: 1. I visited during the second week of December and, though really cold outside, they just turned the heat on twice a day. I felt cold and couldn't sleep that well. 2. We were given a facing-the-street room without any sound blocking, so I could hear the cars and people talking, waking me up a few times. Also, there's internal sound blocking as well--you will hear TVs and other sounds from people. So the quality of sleep was really put into question here. 3. The room was just ok--not as you see in the pictures, but with older painting and decoration 4. The mattress was not comfortable, a little used, not providing good sleep quality If you're really short on budget and don't mind other people's sounds and external sounds, this might be a place for you. I will not go back to it."
