Overall, despite some booking issues between trip.com and the hotel. We booked a superior twin room but got a standard room on the night as the reception mentioned that was what they received. Both trip.com customer service and the hotel staff were able to liaise within an hour and offered another room despite checking in at 3am. However the booking of the superior twin room had two photos including a balcony which we assumed was included since photos included it. The hotel mentioned that the hotel was full booked and only could provide us one card for each room we booked which was slightly inconvenient as we came as a family. Removing the card meant no more electricity if someone had to go down, caused some inconvenience going down and up as well. Nonetheless, swimming pool is amazing and the room is amazing to stay if you would like the sea view.
The container containing shampoo and soap, slightly questionable and inconvenient despite aesthetically pleasing. Toilet is still large and amazing!

Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже второй раз. Просто невероятный вид открывается из номеров и, особенно, их бассейна на крыше. Завтрак выше всяких похвал - огромный выбор, все свежее и очень вкусное! Единственное, что нам не понравилось в этом отеле - японский ресторан. Маленькие порции и дорогие для этих блюд цены. Но это уже другая история) Отель рекомендую 10/10

絕佳的景觀及各式各樣的餐廳，有SPA及泳池，待在飯店竟然變成了一大享受，設備新穎，早一點訂能拿到不錯價格

Otel cok guzel konumu da oldukca iyi ancak calisan personelin servis konusunda ve nasil bir otelde calistiklari konusunda fikirleri yok saniyorum.
Resepsiyona check in icin gittigimde 45 dk beklemem gerektigini, odamin temizlendigibi soylediler. Uzun yoldan geldigimi; check in yapacagim saati onceden bildirdigimi soyleyince daha yetkili biri gelerek hizlica odamizi ayarladi.
Havalimanina gitmek icin shuttle sordugumuzda 18 dolar fiyat verdiler; bu fiyata guneyden colomboya geldigimizi 40 dakikalik yol icin cok fazla istediklerini soyledik ancak bu konuda bir degisiklik olmadi uber kullanarai havalimanina yaridan az bir fiyata gittik.
Odaya adisyon acilmiyor; barda yedigin her seyi o an oduyorsun ki bu okeydir olabilir.
Sabah 7 de uyanan insanlar icin bu kadar luks bir otelde espresso ya da bir takim kahve cesitlerinin daha ulasilabilir olmasi lazim. Ama maalesef kahve saglayamiyorlar. Makine bozuk dediler bana.
Onun disinda odalar harika; kuvetler deniz manzarasi vs temizlik ozellikle tuvalet harika.
Servisten bir sey beklemeyin; bir iki gun kalirsaniz uzulmezsiniz ama 3 gunden fazlasi uzebilir.

怎麼説呢！入住的時候前台沒有查到訂單，我立馬聯繫了攜程，攜程積極的幫忙聯繫酒店，但是前台的服務實在是太差，你查不到我的訂單就算了，還和旁邊的人拿當地語言開玩笑，然後看着我又和那女孩對視的笑，讓我感覺非常的不被受尊重，並且我認為是在嘲笑中國人！話説你們有啥資格嘲笑中國人！！！訂的海景大床房，直接給我安排雙床房，説房間滿了！沒有的換了，拜託我提前訂的房間有房才能訂上的好嗎？我也沒有計較，那就第二天換吧，結果第二天他們什麼都沒有做，關鍵保證過我要給我換的，最終也沒有人聯繫我，後面我也就不想折騰了，就住着吧，服務也就是客房服務還可以，前台服務簡直不要太差！

先ずはコスパは抜群！海沿いのロケーション、目の前は電車が通り停車駅まである、2階（スリランカ1階）ロビーは海が見える開放的なビュー、更に屋上階は天空と一体となる開放的なプールがあり、何とも贅沢なラグジュアリー感満載。宿泊施設はグレードアップして貰ってお風呂は外側見える開放的で申し分無。朝食（ブュッフェ）も満足。
