Good location and lovely view from room and restaurant. We stayed just 1 night and it was enough for walking to some interesting points.

The room didn’t look anything like the pictures, quite disappointing to be honest for the price. Staffs are friendly and helpful but the owner needs to do massive renovation to the rooms

Faded colonial glory
Centrally located in the port district this hotel has seen better days that being said beds were clean and comfortable and the aircon worked well

It was a good stay beautiful hotel and experience there oldest building in Colombo but was surprised still they maintained it well.

The hotel is old. The lobby is new. The window views are boring although it's one of the places you get to see the ports.
The equipment in the hotel are old, with some electrical equipment not working. Some of the drawers weren't cleaned well and even had fungi. The solar heating doesn't help. It's sustainable and I like that but hot water takes ages to come through.
The food is alright, nothing special but the buffet is expensive. Breakfast is not the best, very basic
The service and staff are very friednly and speak good English

特意選這近兩百年的酒店體會一下，曾經住過好多名人，古老有歷史，早餐也挺好的，位置優越，去哪都方便，後面還有一間很大的教堂，隔壁是政府部門，樓下大堂很大，很有年份味，擺設着鋼琴。
衹是，房間裝修已經很舊，插座不夠用，現在是電子時代，手機要充電，插頭不合用，跟前台借用，但酒店也沒有，説要去買回來才行，空調漏水又搞了一段時間，那天晚上，原來計劃逛市區的，結果就為了插頭問題和空調問題，找了好幾次前台，有問題的是338房

建物は古さをとても感じますが、良い意味では歴史を感じるってところです！
昼間はいいのですが、夜はその古さがちょっと不気味な感じがして、ちょっと怖かったです😅
寝る時も電気を少しつけたまま寝てました！笑
ベッドの寝心地は良かったです👌
ホテルの前にトゥクトゥクの客引きがいっぱいいます💔
総合的に3って感じです！
