The location is brilliant. And the staff are friendly and helpful.
The place is old and not maintained cleanly.
But the staff are friendly and upgraded us to a cleaner apartment immediately.
The new apartment was cleaner. But could be better..

Lovely staff with excellent service despite us arriving before check in. They were very accommodating and welcoming couldn’t have asked for more. Incredible views from the balcony!

入住感受非常差！首先當晚入住就讓我在前台等了十分鐘説房間還沒準備好，拜託那是晚上十一點半，還沒準備好？好不容易等到領我去房間，發現不是我定的海景房，空調也是壞的，又下樓換房間，換了後的房間空調其實也沒什麼用，根本沒有冷風。最可氣的是第二天讓他叫車去機場，四五人人打電話説taxi is coming, 一會十分鐘一會説五分鐘，後面説兩分鐘到，實在等不下去了我就路上叫了小摩託，當場問了價格2500盧比，酒店服務跟他交代了幾句我就走了。直到我下車付錢，司機説要收4500！説你taxi 5500, 我收你4500已經很好了。什麼？他怎麼會知道？肯定是酒店服務員交代他那幾句説的，真的太過分了！！！另外，酒店毛巾也不乾淨，很臟。

Very bad room all tile's and floor broken Room like a ghost room Everywhere ants ac very bad We just went thant this was a 4 star hotel But this hotel like 0 star hotel very hot ac working but no use like a fan We went with baby ants in bed full night worsted

So i went there on a Friday night , I got a room with a sea view and the view is amazing , Soo relaxing to watch I enjoyed my staying at global towers the staffs are really friendly and great service totally recommend 10/10 if your looking for stay with a great view this is the place
