Great place to stay. Everything was great. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was nice. Staff were so helpful, welcoming and polite. Location was good

旅舍位於科倫坡市中心，在一條主幹道邊，比較好找。到貝塔和要塞區坐突突車大約500盧比，到水中寺不到300盧比，去機場包車是5000盧比。可以走路去國家博物館和周邊的幾個建築。穿過一條巷子看海邊火車也很近。馬路對面有個超市，附近有快餐店，還有個麥當勞。
房間不大，陳設簡潔，空調和衞浴都算好用，隔音好，挨着馬路的房間關上窗户聽不到外面車聲。早餐在4樓，有簡單的咖啡和麪包，水果，果汁，還可以點蛋餅或煎蛋。
工作人員熱情，我住了2晚，WIFI是給了密碼需要驗證，我有SIM卡就沒有用WIFI，電視不太會操作，沒看。床墊稍微有點塌，總體性價比算較高了。

從網上訂了兩天（1/2、3號）的房，入住發現衞生和設施與網上相差巨大，門鎖壞、淋浴水噴頭堵、窗框銹跡斑斑。。。因為晚上9點衹好勉強入住。當晚跟前台cancel第二天的訂單，前台推脱第二天經理處理。第二天一早倉惶退房，前台小哥推脱經理要9、10點上班，等經理上班後退已扣信用卡第二天的房款，留下電話離店。
從此酒店再無聯繫，房款也不退。好在攜程客服多次催促不果的情況下，代為退付第二天房款，為攜程的客服點贊，也為今後準備訂房的驢友們提個醒，驗好房，滿意再付款，千萬不能預付房款。

衞生：被胎有點臟，馬桶坐墊也不乾淨，傢俱上也有灰。
環境：一般。
服務：跟店家反應過水小的問題，派人來看過，直説水閥開到最大了，問題依舊沒有解決。
設施：洗手池水很小，淋浴間水也不大。花灑是壞的。

Hi I am Haider taimu, I found the best place lvy lane colombo, price vise also aprochable, the staf is very cooperative,rooms are very clean. environment of hotel is very good. I recomen this hotel to others. Is placed on accessable area, shopping mall and restaurents are near.

An excellent pick for couples seeking a memorable getaway! From the cozy day to the enchanting night stays, every moment was delightful. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The management team was exceptionally attentive, ensuring our experience was nothing short of perfect.
