"For this time the front desk guys were so nice! Polite and eficient! (They were not the same as last time). The breakfast is good, also the guest laundry each has 2 pairs of nice machines. O got a bigger room this time, but still with the lights to much poor! Even hard to organize your luggage at night time. But I recomend the hotel anyway."

Our stay at the Denizen made our stay more enjoyable due to the location of local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We had a round of golf at Watters Creek which is close to the Denizen as well. We will definitely return and stay at the Denizen due to friendly staff and cleanliness of the facility."

"Upon arriving at the hotel I realized that room air conditioner wasn't working. It was 80 degrees inside the room with no working air conditioner or fan. Windows were not openable as is the case in most hotels these days. Also I paid extra for the room with sofa bed but sofa bed was in really bad shape. I could feel springs and roods poking in my back. Hotel had no other room available. It was 12 am on a saturday so manager was not present at the location. Cashier couldn't process refund and told me to call the manager on Monday to ask for refund. I talked to the manager on Monday and asked for a refund. He told me that I booked the hotel thru third party (trip.com) so he will communicate with trip.com personnel to process my refund. I also called trip.com and told them the situation. It has been a week and my money hasn't been refunded yet."
