"Wat een fantastische plek! Een klein paradijs midden in de jungle. De kokosnoten vallen voor je deur. Vanaf onze verande zagen we kolibries, luiaards en kikkers. ' s Nachts hoor je de geluiden uit de jungle. Super lekker ontbijt, iedere dag keuze uit standaard of de dag special. Het huisje is schoon. In de buurt hebben wij genoten van Cahuit park, zwarte stranden en Jaguar Ranger Station. Eigenaren/personeel zijn zeer behulpzaam. Eigenlijk waren 3 nachten tekort."

"My friend and I booked a room at Physis Caribbean very last minute and Juliet kindly accommodated us with an early check-in. Once we walked into the bed & breakfast, we knew we were going to love staying there. The ambiance was private, refreshing, relaxing and peaceful. We loved the location in Cocles as we wanted to stay out of the Puerto Viejo city center. We felt very safe in the property and the surrounding area! Juliet was amazing and super helpful with recommendations around the beach. Shirley, who also worked at the property, was very sweet and helpful as well. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family. Perfect for solo travelers as well."

"I came here alone to escape the city and relax in nature. It was the absolute BEST experience. They took such good care of me. The meals were so flavorful, healthy and fresh. They arranged all my excursions and the guides were all amazing. The yoga classes were wonderful. The room was very clean and comfy. I went in January, it was around 75 degrees at night, so comfy without AC. The open air bungalow really allowed me to enjoy being in the jungle. The howler monkeys woke me up 2 nights out of 5. Not bad ;) The only rec I have is to get your own bicycle or ask them to call a different bike place. There are so many options along the road but the one they call on has very unstable bikes with weird handlebars. It worked out but I would've been more comfy on a mountain style bike."
