"We’ve spent 4 nights during Semana Santa. The place was super clean and as advertised on the pictures. Julie and her husband are very welcoming. They gave us tons of tips on what to do and were super responsive whenever we had questions. The whatsapp group was super convenient. The breakfast was incredible. Plenty of coffee and options to chose from: scrambled eggs, toast, fruits, pancakes or tacos rancheros. Can’t even decide what I liked best. Each day I chose something different. Would 100% recommend."

"One of the best places I've stayed. Super quiet and friendly atmosphere, excellent hygiene. Spectacular location for those of us who like to be a little further away from the hustle and bustle (25 minutes walk from downtown Puerto Viejo), and steps from the beach (literally located in the middle of the vegetation and the sea). Facilities are not luxurious but super comfortable and functional. Bedrooms with space to leave personal items, reading lights, and individual power outlets. Spacious and always clean bathrooms. Large, well-equipped kitchen so you can cook at any time. Integrated restaurant for those who want it. Unbeatable price/quality ratio. Alejandra's attention and good vibes should be an example to follow ＜3"

Elke persoon die er werkt, is welkom en behandelt u als een vriend. Bovendien is hun restaurantbar geweldig goed en vol met mooie mensen. Wat is er nog meer te vragen? "Wat een fantastische plek! Een klein paradijs midden in de jungle. De kokosnoten vallen voor je deur. Vanaf onze verande zagen we kolibries, luiaards en kikkers. ' s Nachts hoor je de geluiden uit de jungle. Super lekker ontbijt, iedere dag keuze uit standaard of de dag special. Het huisje is schoon. In de buurt hebben wij genoten van Cahuit park, zwarte stranden en Jaguar Ranger Station. Eigenaren/personeel zijn zeer behulpzaam. Eigenlijk waren 3 nachten tekort."

"Dit hotel is amazant! Alle werknemers zijn zo vriendelijk en handig. Ik zou graag in dit hotel blijven of hun restaurant bezoeken. Mijn zus en ik waren ongeveer een jaar geleden in dit hotel en tot op deze dag denk ik nog steeds aan wat een positieve ervaring deze plek was. Er waren ook een handvol medewerkers in dit hotel die de ervaring veel beter maakten. Leandro, Frayman, Jose en Yusmary waren zo geweldig en altijd zo ingewikkeld. Ze zijn ook zo gedachten en geweldige mensen in het algemeen! Ik hou van deze plek!"

"We have been traveling to Costa Rica for many years and this was the first time to the southern Carribean. We stayed at Tierra de Suenos with our two children (8 and 11) and it was a perfect fit for our family. The accommodations were very clean, warm showers which we had not had in over a week, so the kids were very excited, comfortable beds with bug netting (which wasn't really needed when we were here), and nice ceiling fans to keep it cool. The cabins are open air, so we felt like we were living in the jungle, howler monkey and macaw mornings and all (my favorite part about being in Costa Rica). We enjoyed the breakfasts, filtered cold water, and coffee most of the day! The staff was very kind and helped us rent bikes for the few days we were in town. We used the bikes to get to the different beaches and towns close by. There were restaurants and stores close enough to walk to and even the beach just across the road was the best one we found for our family. I only did one yoga class while we were here but next time I would take more! I would highly recommend this Lodge and we will be returning."
